Im 23 and I want to be as close to the downtown Boston as possible with walkable streets and nightlife (please dont tell me to live in waltham). I willl need my car as I have to travel for work so driving to work is possible, but i would love to have a train option. I am planning to have roomates so budget is less of a concern atp. I am a 25 year old women, I am only looking for other female roommates. I have a 3 year old pitbull mix, she is very sweet and loves new people. I have never lived in Boston, so I am not tied to a specific neighborhood as long as there is train access. I am not opposed to sharing a bathroom as long as you consider yourself a generally clean person. I can pay around $2,000 a month for rent.

Hi! My husband and I are looking for our first house in the Greater Boston area. He works in the city and that likely won’t change anytime soon. We’re currently in Worcester but the commute is too long.

We’re strongly considering Framingham or Mansfield area. Ideally his commute would be less than an hour off of one of the train lines. Budget is $700K and we would like to have a backyard with at least some privacy, no less than 1600 sq ft. We aren’t planning on having kids so good schools aren’t a priority.
