We did not attempt a pass after the 7 minute mark of the 3rd. We woudlve beaten UCLA easily if we had followed that method

We lost that game, we lost it so bad we turned their shitty web into an nfl draft prospect.

A&M may have won that game if they kneeled every play in the 2nd half, and ran the play clock to 1 each play. They were up by 34 midway through the 3rd and continued to throw the ball and play hurry up with a true freshman back-up QB.

Worst coached half I've ever seen.

Ucla probably doesn’t have the defensive line equivalent of swiss cheese though

We ran for over 400 yards in that game, most of them in the first half. Still the worst coaching performance I’ve ever seen

My best friend is a Tech grad and he called me up early the second half, calling his shot that TAMU was going to blow that game.

Mike Elko stole my CFB 25 strategy. Up big? Turn on chew clock. Run the ball. DON’T. LOSE.

I flew out to L.A. to experience that one in person. It’s become a core memory.

No, surely something like this could never happen

Not at all saying it’s why we lost or anything of the sort, just a comment about the play.. but I couldn’t for the life of me tell if the WR got pushed or tripped.

Mertz should have been in the game. Yet another example of Napier not being flexible and sticking to “the plan” of alternating QBs even when Mertz was obviously more comfortable.

With the way we played in the 2nd half, had Mertz played from the start, there was a very strong chance y’all would’ve won

And you would have bitched if Mertz did literally anything wrong and DJ wasn’t in

Our can base was screaming all week that if Lagway didn't start, Napier should be fired. (To be fair, he absolutely coached their rotation entirely stupidly tonight. From botching the first Lagway series, to failing to recognize that he should have ridden Mertz as the guy after he warmed up in the second half.)

And why was a walkon there when we had other options? Were tge WR's being rotated like the QB's?

Why did you choose violence?
