“TAMU hired an ACC coach, which explains their failures. If they had an SEC coach they’d be undefeated.” -ESPN

What a quality loss by TAMU!

They lost to a team that beat LSU. Of course it's a quality loss

Yes, always use whatever metric helps your team

16

u/rdickeyvii Texas Longhorns Dec 28 '24

7-6 > 8-5

21

u/sambaert Illibuck Dec 28 '24

Its clearly more difficult to pick up 6 wins in the B1G than 8 in the sec

This is actually an accurate statement

Another Texas flair dogging their own conference to try to insult TAMU.

Conference pride is stupid

Bro y’all wanted to come lmao

Yeah to play in the richest/most talent-saturated conference, not to join and circlejerk with teams we compete against.

Conference pride in the SEC isn't replicated in other conferences bc it's weird and not normal.

Guess you’ll just have to circlejerk yourselves then

12

u/Sadvillainy-_- Texas Longhorns Dec 28 '24

I mean .. yeah? This is the normal alternative to having 15 conferences "allies"

Well it’s moreso that you’re already the most annoying fanbase in the conference and you’ve only been here one year. Anyway, 0-2.

Look at this Georgia flair defending TAMU

nasty

No, no. I’m annoyed with Texas.

I would rather see Alabama win three more Natties than see Oregon win their first one.

And it seems our friend here feels the same about TAMU

Right but like… there’s tons of ways to shit on them without also insulting yourself. I feel like I’m talking to high schoolers.

null and void

If Florida lost their bowl game, and I said “it just means more!” trying to pile it on against them, I’d sound like an idiot.

I mean seriously, congrats to the Trojans for making the (checks notes) B1G 10 (math?) proud!

Must've sucked having to watch Arkansas and Vandy win then

Kirk Herbstreit is furiously drafting his monologue to counter this SEC loss as we speak

2

u/BigTime377 Penn State Nittany Lions Dec 28 '24

But SEC math if Georgia or Texas win the natty the SEC as a whole is dominant

They also lost to Navy

17

u/EdwardMcGrady Dec 28 '24

Against the Big Ten? 2-2 on the day (can’t forget that Oklahoma loss to Navy), 0-2 against the Big Ten overall.
