Sicko level clock management by Bobby

A&M 7-0 for the first time since 1994. Stressful but good day

Bro that was the worst clock management of all time

It was mind-blowingly bad.

It's like when I'm playing the video game and don't notice time is running out then all of a sudden its halftime

And our dumbass fans still want to make him the full time head coach.

Billy Napier is furiously taking notes.

no, Sumlin vs UCLA was the worst, but yea this was bad.

Was it? I feel like obviously he was hoping they could score quick enough that a TAMU 3 and out was still a viable option with all 3 timeouts. I'm not sure it was the right plan but it's not like he didn't have one

Also, the only undefeated SEC team.

I think us FSU fans have an unreasonable level of hate for A&M after jimbo left us that it out of line with whether they were ever good during that time

Where’s that guy been anyway. Hope he’s enjoying the season lol

Probably still counting his money from the buyout. It'll be awhile before he resurfaces lol

He talking about piano finger banger

u/jimbojangles1987 Texas A&M Aggies Oct 19 '25

Hmm I guess I'm out of the loop on that. Who is that referring to?

Oh yeah, I’ve moved on spiritually, especially since jumbo got fired, but for a more casual fan it’s usually teams that are actually good I have hate for

My Grandpa went to FSU and was talking about how glad he was Jimbo left and how A&M was going to have to deal with his bad coaching and all he knew how to do was recruit...he has been saying "I told you so" ever since lol

Hey if it's any consolation we hate jimbo now too.

It's our first time since 1966

u/jerfpsnurf Texas A&M Aggies Oct 19 '25

And Jimbo has recruited important pieces for both of these feats. Keep treating or King better than he ever did for us!

Shoot that Tech vs. A&M playoff game straight into my veins.

-5

u/MountainTwo3845 Texas Longhorns Oct 19 '25

They have the best media presence of all time. I've never seen a college have so much hype with so little history. Nil is the best thing for them. They could dwarf Texas tech's nil easily.

Having to pay people under the table and not get caught takes its toll.

u/ape94 Texas A&M Aggies Oct 19 '25

Ah, 1994!  My senior year.  RC was our coach, the SWC was still a thing, defense was the wrecking crew and Bonfire still burned.

Now my kid is in grad school at A&M.  Fuck that was a long time ago.

u/Random-Lurker12 Texas A&M Aggies Oct 19 '25

My son was my age the last time this happened. We ended 10-0-1 that year and only missed out of the Natty because of NCAA sanctions.

14

u/Wafflehouseofpain Oklahoma Sooners Oct 19 '25

I’ma be honest I’ve read this sentence five times and can’t make it make sense

9

u/Random-Lurker12 Texas A&M Aggies Oct 19 '25

Ha my bad. I meant to say, I was my son’s age the last time this happened. I blame the whiskey

his family ages backwards

1

u/DanFlashesCoupon Texas A&M Aggies Oct 19 '25

Also a 5 way tie for SWC champion because we were ineligible lol

This is not how you get the job

-5

u/flippzeedoodle Texas Longhorns Oct 19 '25

Man you get 8 wins in a season and you want to splurge with your first seven right away? Don’t they want to save some for later in the season?
