Casual Ohio St fans should be ashamed

Over 5,000 hate filled comments have showed up on Ohio St kicker Jayden Fielding’s social media since last night. Fanbase should be ashamed they’re harassing one of their own, it isn’t good for the player, team, or sport. No excuse for it, touch grass. Hope the fanbase can lift up this young man in time for their next game instead of tearing him down even more.

It’s probably a combo of degenerate gamblers that don’t know football at all (bc if you were shocked by Indiana winning you’re either a giant homer or an idiot) and the same losers who wanted to fire Day last year and reminisce about when the bye week was our hardest game of the year (urban years). Either way threatening a college kid as a grown adult should permanently close your DraftKings account and make you have a forced vasectomy.

Regardless of who you wanted to win if you love college football that game was a fuckin banger and expecting a perfect season is insane. If college football makes you so mad you threaten a kid work that out in therapy big dawg it’s embarrassing.

OSU has a solid football team this year for sure. But the best team they’ve played to this point has been texas or maybe Michigan. Indiana is historically good this season. And although I think OSU is probably one of the 2 best teams right now, Indiana is the other and that’s how it is supposed to look when 1 and 2 play each other. Turns out Indiana was 1 not 2. Hopeful for a rematch in the natty! Or maybe I’m wrong and Georgia is gonna embarrass everyone but 😂

I agree. Most people just saw "Indiana" and presumed they were a paper tiger.

I just wanted to point out that it was the common mentality I've seen all year towards Indiana and how ashamed people should feel about allowing their thoughts to cloud their eyes.

People act like if you’ve not won it all in the past 20 years (which is a shockingly short list) you’re incapable of having a good season or being a good program. The job Cig has done in the past 2 years is incredible and should be celebrated. Wish the job he did ended with getting into the big 10 championship game personally but you can’t have it all 😂

I'm totally on board with this forced vasectomy thing, I think you should have to take a test to have kids anyways

Y’all are getting real close to eugenics here

I mean, it's more merit-based, but I take your point

I adopted my son and the amount of anal probing required is ridiculous while the process took 2yrs. It’s so frustrating to watch degenerates pumping them out with zero scrutiny. I know that sounds dystopian but it’s how I feel.

I get it, I was in the military for 13 years and I seen absolute pieces of shit raising kids. I waited till I was 38 to have my first so I wasn't a piece of shit dad

Gotta take a test and doo hundreds of hours of training to legally cut other people’s hair. But can become a parent by having 5 minutes of fun in the back of a van in a parking lot after a Friday night football game.

As someone that does family therapy for a living nobody would have kids if we did that 😂 but also anyone who thinks threatening a kid over a game is okay should be near children.

Yup, eugenics is wonderful. Great take Michigan!

I mean we did lead the world in it for years, but I don't think that there's anybody on this Earth. That doesn't agree that there's people too stupid to have fucking kids

1

u/Juicewag Verified Media Dec 08 '25

Me, I don’t agree! As soon as we start policing what the defining term of “stupid” is all of a sudden we have a society that’s determining some aren’t capable to our standard of free will and self determination. That is bad.

1

u/Mortara Michigan Wolverines • Purdue Boilermakers Dec 08 '25

Oh I didn't say that we should stop them, but there are definitely people who are too fucking stupid to do it. And if you don't agree with that, then you apparently live in a bubble

Well yes I do not actually believe in eugenics to be clear. I also don’t wish on any children to have parents who send death threat to kids for missing a field goal. Meant to be hyperbole, was hoping that would come off in my comment, but here he are 😂

Get the fuck out of here with your reason and logic.

But seriously, I'd rather beat Michigan than win a natty, I think I suffered enough thru the John Cooper years with my dad blaming every Michigan loss on me.

I’ve stood on the fact that I’ll take Day losing to Michigan over the culture that Urban brought all day every day. It sucks when shit falls apart on the field but he’s shown consistent improvement and slam dunk hires. He’s also not gotten 31-0’d (yet) which is shit I feel like Urban apologists forget about bc he beat Brady Hoke Michigan teams off failed 2 point conversions and was gifted a 4th down in OT. But I got off topic not only did we have (morally) a bottom 5 coach of all time but a weirdly high percentage of our fan base is also in the bottom 5 of fan bases bc they 1. Don’t know ball and 2. Are bad people 😂

Our hardest games during the Urban years were some random B1G team.

u/Express_Roll_8321 Ohio State Buckeyes • Ohio Bobcats Dec 07 '25

B1G west team specifically, that had a feel good puff piece before the game. but off the top of my head Carlos Hyde smacking someone in a club he shouldn’t have been in, Barrett DUI, Barrett or maybe Miller DV, dude who just wouldn’t stop taking Molly, Elliott with like 500 speeding tickets, and worst of all, hiring Tim Beck.

Edit bc I forgot about covering for Zach Smith DV
