Nah some Baton Rouge judge will place an injunction to allow them to play with a court date in February ‘27 to determine if they’ll be allowed to play in the 26-27 season.

Edit: exactly what I said would happen- happened. Shocking.

The Baton Rouge AG was wearing purple and the very first things she said outside the courthouse today before answering a question was, "Go Tigers!" So yeah, we have an unbiased lawsuit about to happen.

I mean the AG's job is to defend LSU right now. She's the state's lawyer and an entity of the state is getting sued.

This court day today was brought by the SEC though. I'm still sorta confused how these guys enrolled into LSU this late. I'm in California. How come my avid teacher didn't advise us to apply to LSU? Easiest school ever to get into apparently.

Because no advisor that cares about you would suggest you move to Louisiana.

Because it is expensive for an out of state student without a scholarship. It's always been very easy to get in.

Isn't Ole Miss like a 99% or some shit? You just have to have a pulse and not be legally brain dead.

At least Ole Miss has a nationally renowned English department, I could not tell you any redeeming things about LSU. It’s a giant junior college. Legitimately the worst school in the SEC.

LSU's school of the Coast and Environment along with their Renewable Natural Resources program are incredible and so is their vet school. Suck in a lot of ways but there is still good things.

LSU has one of the best petrochemical engineering and veterinary programs in the nation. I know it's easy to hate on a rival school for athletics but remove that for a second and LSU excels very well in some areas.

I do think Mississippi State is worse.
