This was the obvious outcome in retrospect. The universe arcs toward the hilarious.

People always overreact to week 1 and you get these amazing outcomes as a result. 10/10

So…Western Michigan is gonna lose to Monmouth?

Oh I knew it was going to happen as soon as I saw y'all struggle against WMU.

Literally thought "well shit. They're going to figure out a way to beat us now"

This was a no-win game for Oklahoma, either get 0 credit for beating a down Michigan team or get humiliated by losing to a Michigan team that got outplayed by Western.

Silver lining: a team with strong culture can always bounce back. Good luck with the rest of your season!

Oh for sure. I said the exact same thing. We had nothing to gain here and everything to lose. And we lost.

People act like we just lost to Kansas. It's fucking Michigan at the big house! Sure you struggled with a good WMU team but it's not like you're a bottom feeder. You literally are less than 3 years removed from a natty

Sure I still be on OU, but this was one of the most obvious rat poison games ever

The Western Michigan game will just end up being Michigan’s version of Notre Dame-NIU back in 2024.
