Agreed that she's a class act. Apparently there was some mess at halftime to the point another sideline reporter was feeling the need to issue a public apology to Sark at the start of the third quarter.

Hope Sark addresses it in a presser and it's just a one off thing.

She also delayed him at half for 5 min so she could talk to Day. He gave up and went in to his team. God damn it, Im seriously feeling horrible taking up for the fucking coach of the Longhorns. Fuck this. I feel dirty.

They are actually. There are existing contractual agreements for these coaches to speak to reporters at certain points of the game; which is why you see it in a very routine manner. Sideline reporters aren’t just waving them down, these are rescheduled.

But there was an incident where they kept him waiting at halftime because they were speaking to Day first. How is it fair that the interview is allowed to interfere with the game? Besides he showed up and appeared on camera and spoke. This is Popovic behavior and I think all of longhorns can get behind it
