He’s probably one of the best 15 QBs in the country, he just happens to be the 2nd best on his roster

I kind of felt like he was better than Moore and after this game I believe it that much more.

I wouldn't go that far. Raiola is a different kind of QB than Moore and USC wasn't anticipating playing against Raiola. Seen this sort of thing happen a lot
