It’s actually really cool. You can appreciate how quick they are trying to make decisions and the logic they use.

Just a back and forth of “did you see it like this, if so we need to do this. If not what did you see to make the other thing true”. Makes you have more faith in the call even if you disagree.

You hit the nail on the head.. Accountability! That might help the 'perception' of ref-bias on many calls/no calls! Damn, I hate feeling so jaded watching a sport I usually enjoy.
