Rutgers should absolutely go for it here. The alternative is something we've seen a million times... they punt, play soft shell D, Maryland scores easily and we go to OT. If they go for it here they either win it (basically) or they give Maryland a good scoring opportunity. But Maryland scores a TD quicker and potentially leaves time for a Rutgers final game-winning drive. This is the way.
