Basically won on that Jeremiah Smith Hail Mary on 4th and 1. One of the worst good games I’ve ever watched

That was the one time Sayin habitually underthrowing Smith worked out well.

Yeah it usually still works out to be fair because Smith is insane. Even today he should have had a PI on the deep ball under throw because the defender just tackled him before the ball got there.

Seriously the defender was executing a nice form tackle before the ball even got there. No idea how that is missed. Even the announcers didn’t say anything.

Do you not have to attempt to play or turn back towards the ball in college? I’m pretty sure in the NFL, a ton of those PDs would’ve been PIs.

If you mix Sayin’s underthrows with Hoover’s overthrows, you’d get a great QB

Gotta call that play “hit the brakes and they’ll fly right by”

I said it before that and I said it after that. In the live thread maybe. I said Sayin is gonna throw a touchdown and seal it. This was before the booth was hyping him up. Missed throw. And I knew it was over. I hate yall but I respect the game. That was well choreographed football. I can’t believe I called it but I absolutely know that strat and once the last 20 seconds of football was up that was it. I hate yall once again. But damn that was a good game Buckeyes and Hoosiers. Like a MACation game. Respect to both teams. That was frustrating and exhilarating at the same time. Take my one compliment Bucks. That was fun.

Smith ran the wrong route, Sayin basically said F it, smith is down there.

Reminded me of Missouri game a few years back where Brown got injured and we basically had no offense all game

Would be nice to have the backup that came into that game right now, though.

“Worst good games I’ve ever watched” such a mood. Sucks that we lost like that

I’ve seen worse. There were lots of mistakes but the buckeyes still played with intensity.

Could have been an interception easily. Both IU defenders where behind the play. Maybe Smith would have adjusted and won the ball regardless, but the defense was atrocious.

Only possible because of ref interference on the RTP

I didn’t see the replay on that one but you got it back on the last drive either way.

Edit: you made that alt account just to post salty, garbage takes on sports
