Although summer has already gone...at least in Europe and North America.

Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Alcohol-Free. Kopparbergs Bryggeri. Cider - Fruit. 0% alc.
Aroma of ripe raspberries with a citrusy undertone of lime. The palate is distinctly sweet and luscious—reminiscent of raspberry candy—balanced by the refreshing acidity of the lime and fine bubbles. Not bad at all, considering it’s non-alcoholic.

Captain Kombucha Zero Original. The GUTsy Captain Company. Non-Alcoholic - Kombucha.
Watery and bland. A completely uninspired kombucha. It’s utterly worthless.

Gravehop. Browar Monsters. IPA - New Zealand. 7% alc.
On the nose, it unleashes a tropical fruit bomb—passion fruit and mango—along with citrus, pine resin, and hints of diesel. The palate mirrors these flavors, featuring a light malt base and a firm, pronounced, and lingering bitterness. A very interesting Polish beer, blending West Coast and New Zealand IPA styles.

Obsolete. Mumbo Jumbo Brewery. IPA - New England / Hazy. 5.5% alc.
A quick visit to Mumbo. Tropical notes of mango and pineapple with a citrusy grapefruit undertone, both in the aroma and on the palate. Towards the finish, herbal nuances emerge, accompanied by a clean, pronounced bitterness in the aftertaste with a crisp edge. Very well-executed.

Orval (2025). Brasserie d'Orval. Pale Ale - Belgian. 6.2% alc.
A funky, cellar-like aroma, with notes of bitter orange peel and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it’s dry and lively, featuring ripe tropical fruits and earthy undertones. The finish is very dry, with a delicate bitterness and a slight, sharp, rustic acidity. After a year in the bottle, the "Brett" has clearly done its work here. Really Cool.

Niebla En La Catedral. Cervezas Artesanas Brew Indie. IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy. 7.4% alc. 33 IBU.
Tropical aroma of ripe mango and mandarin, with a subtle resinous and herbal undertone. Flavors of tropical fruit juice and peach on the palate. It is very juicy, silky, and creamy, with even a hint of lactic character. A truly effective and enjoyable DIPA from León.

BeerMix Cherry. Obolon (Оболонь) Brewery. Radler / Fruit Beer. 2.5% alc
The aroma is dominated by a sweetness reminiscent of a cherry lollipop or gummy candy. On the palate, it is light and very sweet. It tastes of cherry syrup and cola—with no trace of hops—and finishes with a touch of acidity. It attempts to mimic a Belgian Kriek but falls far short.
Support for Ukraine.
