I can understand the police and other security officers being involved and protecting. Why is BJP so worried and making a fight against the protest ?

This protest is against the chief of EC who is supposed to independent and with no bias. Why is the BJ P members so angry for it?

Are they indirectly agreeing to unfair elections? What are these guys so afraid of?

A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant indicated that compensation for affected traders could be considered if the protests were found to be unlawful and had caused unjust business losses.

I have posted here before how I am convincing our local club to keep the garba night exclusive. I succeeded in it and has communicated with all society members that Id cards; at least in the phone will be mandatory to enter the venue.

This might spoil the night of someone random who shows up with a friend of a friend of a friend and doesn't have an id on them. But that's a sensible trade off to ensure the safety of everyone else.

A group of people in the society was against this "segregation" who believes in "pure intention" of the participants. No amount of evidence made them change their positions. I was in disbelief how these people seemed to be doing well in their lives and are so blind.

If you are an organizer or have any influence over the local garba conducted locally, do something to filter out the bad elements. Take action, you will risk being perceived as right wing extremist by some- but that's better than having the people in the screenshot running around the people you care about.

Same BBC in France: student protests : “manipulated,” radical left weaponising, political plot ahead of elections.

Playbook is simple. When it hits a non-aligned country (India, BRICS pressure, Modi), Western media cheers the streets. When it hits the West itself, suddenly it’s suspicion, NGOs, manipulation.
