THEORY Are Viltrumites Head Weak ?

Are Viltrumites head that weak even though they have been fighting for many years of their life ? From the show I have seen that their head are a weakness or is it their style of fighting to keep their head free from any big injuries because any part of their body once a body part healed it can never be critically damaged especially for Mark when he got his head punched and nearly died because of Omniman but when he used his head defeat Conquest we see that his head wasn't damaged as much as Conquest. Leave your thoughts and I've trying to get this idea off me.

Did mark hurt his head with headbutting conquest too much?

I watched a video about it, no cause he hit conquest on the middle of his face aiming for the nose wich is the weakest spot of the skull Apparently this is the correct way to headbutt someone without hurting your own head

Conquests head was permanently disfigured by a creature stronger than even Viltrumites and created a permanent weakspot. I bet if Mark hat tried that at Nolan he would be the one who would have looked like Conquest in the aftermath.

Even if he did, it's nothing the GDA couldn't fix. But yeah, that part of Conquest's skull is weaker
