Was able to miraculously get it started and was able to pull these codes along with a bunch of "manufacturer codes". Do these signal a bad PCM? Cause thats what I think it is. Wasn't the battery, no blown fuses or bad relays, ground is good so I can't think of anything else it could be

A work van ran a stop sign and got me good.. car flipped and hit a tree then did a skid..
I crawled out of the trunk as you can see it open. Cop looked at me and said I can’t believe you walked out of that thing. Very sore today but lucky to be here

I just recently inherited a 2010 Jeep Commander, and when I first started driving it I noticed a clunking noise, and could feel a slight vibration in my foot when hitting the gas. It doesnt happen in park, only when the transmission is engaged in drive. Fluid levels are all good. Any help is appreciated.

My AT3s are about 2 years old and in great condition (265/75r/16) but I have an older spare that needs to get replaced.
Should I bite the bullet and just get an AT4, or save some cash and get something else?

Has anyone seen this DPF connector before? I’m replacing it but can’t remove it or see any levers or buttons to release it.
(The raised part in the middle doesn’t have a latch, only raised plastic) thoughts or suggestions?

Hello, as the title states I’m looking for someone who knows about jeep. I have a jeep Sahara 2015 that the back passenger doors won’t open. Child safety was not on, doors are unlocked and won’t open from the inside or outside. They were working one dang and the next they won’t open.
Looking for a mechanic in the Bronx and Westchester county area.

As part of their 85th Anniversary celebration, Jeep brought out the monthly Wrangler Twelve 4 Twelve special editions which just ended with the Switchback. Patrick Rall of Pickup Truck +SUV Talk - PUTT shows them all off here. Which one is your favorite?

I’m a DC area attorney. We get asked this question all the time in connection with lemon law issues.
If you own a 4xe, or any Jeep with an intermittent problem, you've probably heard it. You describe the warning light, the stall, or the charging fault. The dealer keeps the vehicle for two days and hands it back with a repair order that says "could not duplicate" or "no problem found."
It feels like a wasted trip. It usually isn't.
Here's why, and how to make each visit count.
1. A visit can count even when nothing gets fixed. Lemon laws and warranty claims generally look at whether you gave the manufacturer a reasonable chance to fix the defect. Bringing the vehicle in and reporting the problem is often what counts, not whether the dealer managed to reproduce it. A string of "could not duplicate" repair orders for the same complaint can be strong evidence that the defect is real and isn't being fixed. How a given visit is treated depends on the state and the facts, but don't assume it doesn't count.
2. The words on the repair order matter more than anything else. Before you sign the work order at drop-off, read the complaint line. It should describe the problem the way you experienced it: what happened, when, how often, and under what conditions. "Customer states vehicle lost propulsion at 40 mph on highway, 'Service Hybrid System' warning displayed, third occurrence this month" is far more useful than "check engine light." If it's vague or wrong, ask them to fix it before you leave.
3. Always get a copy, even for a "no charge" visit. Get a printed or emailed copy of the repair order every time, including warranty work, recall visits, and visits where nothing was done. Check the dates in and out and the mileage. These records establish how many repair attempts there were and how many days the vehicle was out of service.
4. Capture the problem yourself. Intermittent problems are hard for a technician to reproduce. If it's safe to do so, take a photo or video of warning messages, error codes, or the behavior itself, and note the date, time, mileage, battery charge level, and weather. Bring it to the service advisor and ask that it be noted on the repair order.
5. Ask for a ride-along. For a drivability problem, ask the technician to drive the vehicle with you so you can show them the conditions that trigger it. If they won't, ask the advisor to note on the repair order that you offered.
6. Ask about technical service bulletins. Manufacturers issue technical service bulletins for known problems that aren't full recalls. Ask the advisor whether any apply to your symptoms, and ask that the answer be noted.
7. Report it to the manufacturer, not just the dealer. The dealer isn't the manufacturer. Open a case with the manufacturer's customer care line, get a case number, and follow up in writing. Many lemon law and warranty claims depend on the manufacturer having notice and a chance to fix the problem.
8. Report problems while the warranty is still in effect. If a problem starts before your warranty or lemon law period ends, get it on a repair order then, even if it's intermittent. A documented report during that period can protect your rights after it ends.
9. Keep a simple log. Keep a single page or spreadsheet with each date in, date out, mileage, the complaint, what the dealer did, and whether you got a loaner. If you ever need to make a claim, this one page will do more for you than anything else.
"Could not duplicate" is frustrating, but well-documented visits are often how strong claims get built. Don't skip the trip because you expect the dealer to find nothing.
General information only, not legal advice for your situation. The rules vary by state, and posting or commenting here doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.
