I'll be here as best as I can if anyone needs me. I want to be able to help others and be there for as many people as I can. I know what it can be like and I know how hard it can be sometimes and you just need someone to talk to and get it off your chest

Offering [o] are you happy with this subreddit?

I've been hanging around the subreddit for a while. I haven't had a lot of success finding people to talk with. Every once in awhile. It's a good conversation for a short moment. I'm wondering what other people's experiences are? Have you had good conversations? Or have you been left hanging? Have you revisited conversations with the same person, had a good experience asking for help a second time, or kept in touch in a meaningful way?

Offering Can [I] talk to y[o]u ?

It might not sound like much, but recently I’ve felt like I haven't had a real conversation with anyone. I haven't told a single soul what’s actually going on in my life, and it’s slowly eating me alive. The people around me aren't options—if I tell them, some might take advantage of it, others might try to harm me, or they'll just give me unwanted lectures. I just want someone who can actually listen—without any agenda or personal gain—and either offer gentle advice or simply be there to hear me out. At first, I thought I was fine handling it all on my own, but now everything is piling up in my head. I can't even tell what's right or wrong anymore, and it's driving me crazy.

Offering Hello.. "[o]" I just like someone to talk to father just died lots of drama alone..ect.. anyone awake?

Hello.. my father just died.. 3 days ago siblings didn't even tell me found out on facebook.. all they care about is what inheritance they will be getting while cutting me out because my father asked for a DNA test a year ago to prove he wasn't my biological father but also asked my sister to who was his child but used it to blame me when I had nothing to do with it.. so now they don't even want me at the funeral. So I am all alone no siblings no patents.. my mother died 8 year ago when I was in the military and my siblings split up all her inheritance between the two of them and gave me nothing.

Offering [o] Got something heavy on your mind? Say it here no names needed

Hi everyone, I'm a psychology student and psychology is where I actually want to be. I'd like to offer something simple: a space to talk. If you have a doubt, a thought or something on your mind big or small, a sentence or a whole essay you can share it with me. You don't need to give your name or any identifying details.

I'm honest open-minded and I'm still learning about people, their emotions and their thoughts. I don't think affirmations or generic motivation really help talking to someone, being truly heard is what actually makes a difference.

Sometimes the thought you're avoiding just needs somewhere to go. If there's something sitting heavy in your chest right now, don't carry it alone say it here, to no one and everyone. I'm listening. Feel free to message me

Offering [O]Does Anyone Else Get Like This When They're Angry? 🥺💔

Is anyone else like me?

When I get angry, I can't scream. I can't yell. I can't even get the harsh words out, no matter how badly I want to.

Instead, I cry.

The angrier I feel inside, the harder it is to speak. I try to open my mouth to shout, to let everything out, to finally say what I've been holding back… but all that comes out is tears.

And the more I try to hold them back, the harder I cry.

Sometimes, I'm not crying because I'm sad. I'm crying because I'm SO angry, so frustrated, and have so much bottled up inside me that I don't know how to let it out.

It's frustrating when your heart is screaming, but your voice can't seem to do the same.

Sometimes, the anger is so deep, but all people see are your tears. They don't realize how much you're holding inside or how badly you want to scream, because all you can do is cry.

Please tell me I'm not the only one. Does this happen to you, too? 🥺❤️

Offering [O] Your story deserves to be heard. ❤️

Sometimes, all we need is someone who will listen without judging, interrupting, or telling us what to do.

If you've been carrying something heavy in your heart, have a story you've never shared, or simply need to let your thoughts out, this is your space.

You can talk about your happiest memories, your deepest regrets, your heartbreaks, your fears, your struggles, your little victories, or anything that's been on your mind lately.

You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to pretend to be okay. You don't even have to know where to begin.

I'm here, and my ears are all yours. No judgment, no pressure, just a willingness to listen.

So, if you feel like sharing, go ahead. What's your story? 🫂

Offering [O] Feeling lonely or just need someone to talk to? I’m here to listen ❤️

Sometimes you don’t need perfect advice—you just need someone who will genuinely listen without judging you. If you’re feeling lonely, going through something difficult, or simply have thoughts you need to get out, you’re welcome to message me.

I’m happy to listen, talk things through with you, or offer advice if you want it.

I also read tarot, so if that’s something you’re into, I can pull a few cards for you while we talk. If tarot isn’t your thing, that’s completely fine. We can simply have a normal conversation.
Chatting will probably work better if you are living in North America because we will have similar time zones.

I’m not a therapist or crisis counsellor, just a caring person offering a judgment-free ear.

Offering [O] Relationship troubles, social issues, navigating complicated interpersonal situations

Hi everyone!

I help a lot of people, both people who ask and people I just end up assisting, with problems having to do with interpersonal disputes, grievances, resentment, relationship problems, and the like. I am an extremely calming and stable presence, and have a lot of experience navigating complicated interpersonal situations. I will be asking you a lot of questions, both about the situation and about how you specifically feel about the situation, and really try to get to the root cause of the issues so that we can resolve them.

Hope to talk to you soon!

Offering [O] counseling student needing a volunteer client tonight, anyone available?

I have an assignment due tonight that requires a volunteer client. There is a signature needed to indicate you know I'm not licensed. If someone needs some immediate help working through something, we could help each other out! I'm not here to be a ghost, either, happy to continue a non-counseling chat friendship.

Hi, like this post says, I’m just bored and I’ll be awake for awhile. I know some people are going through tough times in life, so I’m here if anyone needs someone to talk to. You can vent to me or rant about anything or ask for advice or literally just message me if you’re bored. Idk if it matters to anyone but I’m 24F.
