We found out that new 6 week old kitten absolutely loves sparkly tinseled pom poms, and so we got her a pack and she has been loving them, they're her favorite thing, she pounces at them, She carries around, she bats at them, and is obsessed, but I was doing some reading and I found out that those can be dangerous, because the tinsel is not woven in tightly she could easily rip that out and accidentally digest it, and if you were to take apart a poorly woven one then she could accidentally eat them and cause blockages, as much as she loves them and we love watching her play with them, we would rather her live and not be at risk, she's okay with jingle toys but she's not real big on him yet, sheed almost always pick up pom pom over those, I've been thinking all day about what she could get and nothing good is coming to mind

have 2 adult cats but I’m getting a kitten soon. I give my cats wet food and a skin and coat supplement and a cranberry urinary supplement. I was just approved for adoption so I’ll be getting my kitten soon and I have kitten food for him but I was wondering if I should start the supplements early (smaller amounts obviously) or just wait till he’s 1 and an adult

Best friends 🧡
I adopted my first kitten, and first pet, at around 2 months old, and now she's 3 and a half. And i'm wondering if I should adopt another kitten (probably 2-3 months old ) to keep her company due to my work and schooling taking so much time, i'm not really home a lot and the times that I am there, I kind of need time for myself but I do try to maximize playing with her as much as possible, and we do play a lot, but I feel like it's almost kind of inhumane to not get her another kitten friend and just keep her locked up with no one to play with. I'm worried it just might be too much for me since this is the first time i've ever had a pet, but I really love my kitten, and she's the best thing that's happened to me so I want to do right by her.

I discovered a momma kitty and her five babies in the bushes behind my house a while back. The mother and two of the babies have found homes, and Manny decided that I am his person. 😊

She’s great in the car! And absolutely loves looking out the window.

Backstory, we adopted Suki back in July she’s a spayed female who is now around 6-7 months old. In August/September she was having really bad diarrhea, we found out she had Giardia. We treated that in September and she hasn’t been having diarrhea since. However, she has been consistently pooping outside of litter box (we have 2 litter robots in separate rooms since we have 4 cats total) since she’s been clear from Giardia. She’s been pooping in the bathroom NEXT to the litter robot, but mainly behind the toilet. She pees in both robots fine. When we adopted her, we had a traditional litter box and she was using that fine, then transitioned to litter robots and she was using them fine for a while and didn’t have any poop accidents. Then she got giardia, was on and off pooping outside the box, got better for a bit after she tested negative for Giardia, and is now pooping outside the robot everytime. We’re seriously at a loss here.

Not that it matters she is loved and cute either way but do we think she is going to be long haired.
Edit: I should say too she is around 12 weeks old and a stray we found.

Has anyone ever seen a kitten get zoomies in one spot before? It’s interesting.
