Yeah it was the girl that commented, if I'm not mistaken. The girl in the later photos was different, as he dumped the first one for being "too ugly", and even called her a horse.

Yup! He already had a good relationship and partner that he trashed and omitted from his story because he wasn’t dating the “10” he felt like he deserved.

He manipulated the sympathy he wanted

No the girl that commented is his now wife. His previous gf of 5 years was Lullaby. He honestly was just with her to have a gf he never seemed to like her at all. She was also way better looking than him so he was absolutely reaching when with her too. Guy is a complete dickhead.
