Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins.

And honestly, the intro to Top Gun, Harold Faltermeyer’s Top Gun Anthem, leading up to Danger Zone with all the F-14s and carrier action was, and still is, incredible in full surround sound.

In the same vein the entire intro sequence for Days of Thunder - Hans Zimmer, Last Note of Freedom, "gentlemen start your engines" followed by the entire grid starting up.

Brings a year to my eye thinking about it.

Also the Stan Bush Dare sequence from Transformers.
