I might be getting him confused with someone else, but I'm sure that I remember him making some pro-Israel comments somewhere and pointing out the irony.

Ah yes, the Jewish-founded country where half of all Holocaust survivors moved to is famously... anti-Jewish?

I am all for criticizing the actions of Israel, but this is some extreme revisionist history.

The actions being taken by the government of Israel under the guise of judaism are the single worst thing done to the public image of Jewish people in the past decade.

I can agree that actions being done by Israel inflames antisemitic attitudes abroad, but it is a bit cartoonish to suggest that somehow being pro-Israel means you're an antisemite, which is the original point you made.

I’m on the left, or was. If you can’t understand why many of us are leaving or will be voting more strategically at minimum, that’s a you problem.
