Hilariously, I have seen this same discourse by Tate McRae fans saying that Olivia is the evil one blocking Tates “comeback single” with this remix. It’s just a constant circle of finding any reason to hate on people and make excuses for their fav’s shortcomings. It’s exhausting. Who cares.

it's so dumb. "how dare they do their job!!! i'm so angry they didn't let me fav artist get #1 easily this week!!"

if you were running a race and the leader decided to back out last minute to let you get first would you feel good about it? i would feel like i got second still and now have this weird talking point "well i got first but its only cuz X let me"

I don’t know how you can talk about hypocrisy without talking about another thing. That’s what hypocrisy relies on. It’s literally all about talking about two things.
