No formal legal documentation ever transferred the UN seat from the Soviet Union to Russia

Ukrainian president says US limiting access was a ‘dangerous and unpleasant surprise’, amid reports the order came from inside White House.

Anybody else having trouble sending money to Ukraine using their debit card? Specifically, I'm trying to donate to Sternenko's most recent fundraiser using a U.S. Bank business debit card to a Monobank "jar". I've had hit or miss success in the past couple of years sending money to several different Monobank-based fundraisers.

I've just spent the last 45 minutes on 4 different calls to U.S. Bank customer service, U.S. Bank fraud dept, Visa customer service, and Visa fraud dept. Visa fraud department can see some of my failed transaction attempts, (but not all of them for reasons).

I also have a Visa card from Wells Fargo, but it's a credit card, not a debit card. Wells Fargo Visa card is happy to do the transactions, but only as a Cash Advance with a $20 fee, which is not good.

If anyone can fully translate their comment.
From what I read is that they basically insults everything about Ukraine supporters.

Kyiv claimed to have “destroyed” the fighter jets with a powerful Neptune missile strike on an airbase deep inside Russia.

From Sydney Morning Herald:
A split has emerged in the Greens over providing military aid to Ukraine, with senator Sarah Hanson-Young breaking ranks to support arming the Ukrainian army to defend itself against Russian aggression.
New party leader David Shoebridge held a frank and at times tense meeting with leaders from the Ukrainian-Australian community on Friday to clarify the Greens’ position after he shocked them by explicitly opposing military assistance to Ukraine.

Ukraine destroyed or damaged six Su-34 fighterbombers with a neptune missile attack in Russia's Voronezh.

Ukraine struck Sberbank's main data center in Balakovo triggering a banking crisis.

Trump or Elon Musk shut off Starlink/Starshield for Ukraine's military for a day and then it was restored.

TO the absolute shock and surprise of absolutely nobody.

Four Russian Su-34 jets destroyed, two more hit with Ukrainian Neptune missiles, as Zelenskyy vows further long-range strikes on Russia.
