Question How many more surgeries should I go for?
I have done three surgeries and spent more than 90% of my time this year on MC and HL, how do I expand it?

I think you are simply forgetting that there won't be such an opportunity to go for such procedures on SAF's dime after he ORDs. If OP wants to go more procedures on his specialists recommendations, and it improves his quality of life significantly, then more power to OP.

Since you insist that I am misreading your comment, I want to redirect the question back to you and ask why you think the OP is simply "flexing" the amount of procedures he has done? Because from the initial tone of your first comment, it seems to me or maybe other users that you think that OP is flexing, which probably isn't the case.
And do you logically think that OP can go for so many surgeries? If the OP's body is so "fucked" as you speculate. Don't you think he would've been exempted from service?

Unfortunately there are too many "doctors" who are profit-driven. They do not genuinely care for their patients. Met many of these kind of doctors be it myself or people around. Too many already.
