Data Point ECF processing times
I remember seeing a post recently that ECFs are now delayed in processing. My recent history, from employer signature to FSA processing (“PSLF form review”) is:
August 18 -> August 19 (1 day)
September 1 -> September 6 (5 days)
September 30 -> still waiting (7 days so far)
Has anyone had one processed recently? Getting concerned about my last one…
Edit: it sounds like they’ve stopped processing these. Please continue to add data.

Employer signed ECF on September 24th. Still processing. In the past, it would take between 3-5 days.

Just did one this morning and got an email a few hours later saying employer signature was approved

That makes me feel better than they’re still processing them, thanks!

Yeah I did it through the electronic signature since I’ve had quicker results vs the paper form

Electronic signature here too. HR let it sit around for a week before I called and then they signed it immediately…would have been even more delayed without that. 🙄

9/22 and waiting. The "employer signed" came really fast, but now it's stalled.

That is to be expected with everyone’s trackers being stuck. Still, sorry to hear that. :(

I submitted one on Monday. Employer signed yesterday. Used to be quick. We will see now.

Yep, mine were always processed same or next day. Im going on day 3 and have zero hope now that it will be done before my next payment due date.

Adding data: Employer signed 9/21 electronically, and it was approved ("completed") in my FSA account 9/22.

Approved and completed by FSA?

Yes! It seems like most of the data points where ECFs haven't been approved started right around this time, though. I'll be resubmitting another one on Nov 1 and will try to remember to update.
