In a recent interview with Atmosphere on PopkillerTV Plus on YouTube, Slug spoke about the long lost album he did with The Alchemist around 15 years ago (!) The album was called "Lake Minnetonka" and he's urging fans to hit up AL on social media and tell him to drop it :) / Can you imagine that collab? Do you think we'll get to hear it?

Name a rapper who didn’t die young, actually walked away from the rap game, and left their legacy completely intact.
I’m talking about someone who knew when to call it quits instead of dragging their career out and tarnishing their legacy.
Who comes to mind?

Particularly tracks like "Rest in Piss", "Season of Da Siccness", "Liquor Sicc", "Siccmade."

Its a very distinct sound, I think the high pitched G-funk whistle is a lot to do with it but the delivery of the lines also helps massively.

Thanks.

I know that people always searched for underground talent dating all the way back to the 90s but in terms of the 2020s does anyone feel like the only good music out rn is the music from the underground ?

I think Token is technically brilliant but to me he doesn't really have an edge about him,

he can speed rap and stack syllables but some things are just missing

whom are rappers you think have technical ability but lack charisma, the IT factor and their music just doesn't feel"iconic"or generational, despite technically being on beat, rhyming words(as all rappers should),using cadences or so

and their art just doesnt have a certain personality?

I think he could

I'm in late 20s now and whenever a song of his comes on shuffle on spotify I usually end up skipping it. A lot of it is just childish and shock value, especially the slim shady stuff.

Saw Kane last night at blue note in LA…amazing

Someone help me find this song, I'm losing my mind!.

There was a song on a mixtape years ago..

I think A.P (D-block) was the rapper and a lyric in the song is "I sit all alone in the zone stuck going through the motions"

The sample for the song sings "I go crazy"

I've searched far and wide.. Apparently datpiff doesn't even exist anymore and when I search D block it comes up with d-block Europe lol.

I even tried searching Lox and I can't find there reddit.

I hope someone knows the song

Anyone else hate that I'll be missing you by puff daddy is genuinely a good song? I hate diddy as much as the next person but I just live that song, and it annoys me.

All right, so I've just been a fan of Autumn for years. I know he isn't as popular in the underground anymore as he used to, but I've heard of these allegations over the course of, the last three or five years. But does anybody, like, know what he did or didn't do, or is any of it true at all? Just lay it out for me. I'm not trying to bring this back as a popular talking point again, but I just want to know,is he actually an innocent person, or has he done some weird shit?

He’s probably my favorite white rapper right now. Dig his vibe, style and flow!

Crazy stuff for a artist that passed away 7 years ago and the whole song is freestyled like all Juice's Music, LLJW.

Is Eminem, 2Pac and KanYe as the top three rappers ever a good take?
