Chronic chemical insult to the intestinal mucosa resulting in increased permeability, triggering a loss of immune tolerance and subsequent systemic autoimmunity?

Aww, fuck, some medication I need to function is constantly causing stomach upsets and all the other meds I can use either upsets my stomach even more or doesn't do what it's supposed to. :/

The good news is if you're taking a prescribed medication, it's actually been tested for safety (doesn't mean it can't cause problems, but the risks are probably known and listed). It's not like everything that upsets your stomach causes what this guy has.

This guy is taking lots of things that have not had clinical trials, so we have little to no safety info.
