Thankfully most peptides are just into the skin and not IV, like how epi pens say to stab into the ass cheek. If people had to learn how to hit a vein like needle bangers you would see a sharp rise in blown out and collapsed veins and a new business of in-home IV administers that are just CNA students trying to make money off a tiktok fad
Insulin is a peptide & so isnt glucagon. Lots of science around what peptides do & have been used in medication for years prior to the boom of GLPs and other peptides now making it main stream. Kind of like stem cell research and therapy- they have there benefits & are here to stay
yeah and if random people without diabetes started shooting themselves up with insulin, i would say that’s dangerous and stupid too. and insulin has been studied and tested on humans for over a hundred years
nobody is saying peptides don’t have health benefits, they are saying that it’s dangerous to be taking them without knowing anything about them or talking to their doctor (which it is!)
Insulin is just an example of peptide applications...there are several peptides with several specific applications that have real world applications in people's well being day to day. You missed the point

Peptides are WILD.
10 years ago people were shoveling things into their mouths, and I thought "that can't be...advised."
Now regular people are straight up injecting things into their blood.
