So, they are in the French speaking part of Belgium, there is a tiny chance this is purely by accident, however, they very specifically don't use the W and the I in their acronym, making me at least a tiny bit suspicious...

And, it probably was a pretty safe joke as most of the people that interact with them, probably are either too old to see it or too French ( as in not terminally online ), but this week they were front-page news in Belgium and everyone under 45 was on the floor laughing...
