  1. Because of her autism, music's worldview is really innocent and positive with bright colours and these stupid dances whilst in real life she gets chocked out by her "caretaker" (Music)

  2. Most videos Dhar Mann has on autism have them being these really smart people that solve a test or a spelling bee or win a competition

A friend of mine with autism was bullied relentlessly at school to the point he almost killed himself.

I don't think he thought autism was the best thing ever....

Autism is great, I find lots of happiness with my hobbies and in learning new things some find boring. Its the society and other people who make it feel bad in any way about the way I am.

That's awesome mate and I'm happy for you and how at peace you are with yourself.

Unfortunately this was roughly 20 years ago. There weren't as many supports available. My mate struggled for years with finding gainful, long-term employment and meaningful relationships.

He eventually ended up with a loving wife, beautiful kids and works as an air traffic controller. So I guess he got the last laugh, not society.

Im 37 I know its been, hard. people used to look at us as being bad or misbehaving and stubborn being too sensitive, As antisocial or stuck up or as even having lower IQ. We had to mask to survive. I simply have learned to love myself and decided idgaf what others say or think about my disability. I personally think they are the disabled ones.
