Spoiler ahead If you beat Genocide thrice in a row, you will be faced by post-operation Sans and Chara, who will fight together as a couple. To beat them you need to TALK and choose the right pronouns for each of them

No. Can confirm. If you pick any pronouns for Chara, you immediately lose the fight because Chara sold Chara's pronouns on Ebay and no longer is bound by them.
