I updated THIS REF sheet for my UT Seth and Aqua I've decided to name this AU Undertale Pen and Sword (or UTPaS for short)

I'm once again kinda scared to post this as I added a bunch of detailed lore to them and also changed some of their lore as well, with there still being a lot of stuff I've written about these character behind the scenes that I've only shared on Discord or smth cuz I've been making a story with these characters and I don't know when I'm gonna feel comfortable releasing it to the public.

Also some additional quick notes before you read (For when reading the bios but also for when or if I release the story of my AU): I am autistic but don't have any other listed conditions given to these versions of Seth and Aqua nor am I nonbinary or trans, so if I misrepresent anything throughout this AU, PLEASE LET ME KNOW CALMLY AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO I CAN FIX IT.

I also DO NOT support any of the mistreatment of children that may be mentioned in this AU, but instead write about it to speak against it.

(UTPaS) Seth

Full Name: Seth P.

Birthdate: April 5th, 202X

• 14 years old
• closeted nonbinary (agender?)
• "Probably" (definitely) has some untreated gender dysphoria, and maybe body dysmorphia (latter fueled by their mother)
• prefers they/them pronouns but is scared to tell anyone in fear of being made fun of.
• Wears baggy clothes to appear more androgynous. Parents want them to dress more like their agab.
• Blood type A+ (Like their grades)
• Said to be academically "gifted" according to some teachers, but they have a hard time fully believing that when "everyone in their life is stupid"
• Had monocular strabismus as a kid/wore prism glasses, but got surgery to realign their eye.
• Still needs glasses for myopia and astigmatism.
• Untreated overbite; needs braces but never got them.
• Not that physically active but underestimates their physical strength, which led to a very bad incident once…
• Very sensitive to loud noises.
• Probably undiagnosed autistic (gaslit themself into thinking they couldn't possibly be neurodivergent because they "don't act like Aqua".)
• Messy notetaker
• Has a phone, but doesn't dare use it for more than calling/texting family and taking photos.
• One of the only students at their school that willingly reads books.
• Does lurk on internet forums sometimes (but only on their computer late at night for more "niche" research topics)
• Picked on at school by classmates for wanting to learn, and not cheat their way out of learning, causing them to view their classmates as stupid and inferior.
• Puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on themself that they deem to be perfectly necessary.
• Can be unknowingly bossy/annoying at times.
• Constantly judged/criticized by their parents, causing them to become very critical of others.
• Never taken seriously by others.
• Wants to be a writer, but no one listened to their stories, so they've lost motivation and instead turned to research…
• They still have hope to write a story someday…
• Has no friends besides their little sister, Aqua.
• They do have an acquaintance, but their not that close and they owe them $5, but their parents cut their allowance
• Believes that they care about Aqua more than their parents, or frankly anyone, but they kinda wanna keep it that way.
• Has seen weird structures outside their village before but doesn't know what they are. (suspects them to be puzzles?)

Humans were trying to slowly forget the existence of monsters, especially after what happened to one of the children (Chara) (known as the 201X incident) and most monster history taught on the surface was biased to praise humans as the good guys.

Fascinated by what happened to the first fallen human, and worried for the decline in human intellectualism, Seth decided they were going to explore the underground for as the ultimate school project, and share their studies with the world.

Full Name: Aquamarine P.

Birthdate: January 3rd, 202X

• 7 years old
• female (she/her)
• Parents call her Aquamarine. Seth just calls her Aqua.
• Very agile.
• Needs a haircut, but doesn't want one due to light sensitivity.
• Has a cataract from an eye injury
• Has comorbid Autism/ADHD (AuDHD) and dyscalculia (not diagnosed until she was 4 going onto 5)
• developed an obsession with sharp objects due to unlimited screentime and other things…
• Parents only restricted her access to electronic devices because she would case Seth and her parents around with gore videos.
• Used to get slapped by her parents for "acting weird" and was even threatened sometimes, only pretending to be more affectionate after her eye injury shortly after her AuDHD and dyscalculia diagnosis.
• Parents only spoil her to turn her against Seth.
• Parents tell her she's them favorite child, but treat her worse than Seth sometimes.
• Desensitized to most conflict, especially getting slapped on the wrists or people arguing because Seth gets into arguments a lot with her and their parents.
• Sometimes laughs when nervous.
• Constantly swishing arms around/skipping as a form of stimming.
• Most people don’t believe her and Seth are siblings even though they are because they "Don't look alike". Aqua never understood what people meant by that.
• Didn’t know that there are two shades of blue, until Seth told her when she was 3 and a half, and was genuinely shocked to hear that Aquamarine was a shade of blue. (baby's first mid-life crisis)
• Overheard a kid once say he felt like he could fly if he swung on the swings hard enough, just like a butterfly. Aqua took it literally.
• Has a toy box full of toys and costumes in her room.
• Shirt is a hand-me-down from Seth.
• Her ribbon and toy knife was a present from them for their 5th birthday. (slightly bad timing….)
• Not taking her sneakers off (until she has to because her and Seth live in a no-shoes home)
• Knows Seth's preferred name because they would sometimes use that name when playing pretend with her. She doesn't knows that it's their older sibling's preferred name though.
• Has been struggling in school ever since Seth stopped helping her with her homework (Parents could afford a tutor and some point but didn't get her one and can't afford one currently)
• Did have one friend before, but she moved away. Now she only has Seth.
• Most children are weirded out by her
• Knows what death is, but doesn't fully understand it.
• Is curious about what she doesn't understand

Was at the library with Seth when they snuck out to go to Mount Ebott. Aqua simply followed them. Seth was too far ahead to notice.
