Hey I love the app so much.

I would like to know why doesn't it the VPN work when trying to use Android auto. I'm on version 7.0. Though, I made sure to bypassed the VPN when using Android auto

If this app had password protection, this could be an Adguard killer for me. Thanks!

Does this mean managing apps to just use the wireshark VPN split tunneling, and no matter what is done here, that all apps go through the blockads ad blocking filter?

What are the fine details here?

Great update. The app is getting better. My favorite in DNS blocker and firewall. Keep it up. 👍👍👍👍

Hi. From this list, could you please tell me what is RootProxy? I have checked and its not on my app list. I am confused. I have also searched but not find anything useful. I am using Hagezi pro list to block trackers.

VPN-based ad-blocking solutions often include features to bypass DPI blocking, whereas Blockads does not.

In South Korea, there are quite a few useful overseas websites that cannot be accessed without this feature.

Consequently, Blockads is of very limited use in South Korea.

Do you have any plans to add a feature to Blockads that bypasses DPI blocking?

Hello everyone, just a quick question if I may...

I've been using BlockAds for awhile now on my Samsung A54 and I'm very happy with it.

I installed a "streaming" app (Melolo) on my phone for my wife and BlockAds blocks all the ads while my wife watches her app Melolo. I then installed BlockAds onto her Samsung A04 so she could use Melolo ad-free on her phone. I set up her BlockAds with the exact same settings that I use yet some of the ads are still getting through on my wife's phone but not mine.

Any ideas guys? An I missing something?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you also allow open VPN config alongside wireguard on your app

I started using this app few days ago, using the extreme ad block settings. It's working on websites and some apps, specially apps like Moviebox (with in watch minor ads), working fine in Hotstar also, but Youtube main app ads are not getting blocked properly.

Any suggestions?

Is there a better way to block Google discover feed ads? not sure if I'm missing something or if there is a list that does it better but currently it's a bit hit or miss.

Hi there.

First of all thank you for this amazing app.

One question, how can I start the VPN profile/service via adb or intent or Tasker?

I could not find a way in tasker via Run Shell or adb WiFi.

Can someone help, please?

Thank you!

What setting should I change to still be able to click on top results for products when using Google. For example, if I search for a multimeter, I will get sponsored results for Amazon or home Depot but when I click on them the ad blocker doesn't let me go to those merchants. Sometimes those results can be useful for searching for more obscure parts.

Awesome app, blocks wifi with govee tho

How to you add the Wireguard .conf file to BlockAds on GoogleTV. When I try I get a "you don't have an app that can do this message". I've tried workarounds with a file manager, but to no avail.

Kindly create a variant which works with shizuku, since I need to use VPN.

Someone can help?

Any new Beta updates ?

I installed the BlockAds app a week ago, but I am not able to turn it on. How can I get it to work?

Hi! I'm using this app and I like it, but I have a doubt. Say I want to block a domain for every app except for one, because this one doesn't work unless it can connect to that domain. I was previously using Tracker Control and I could block or permit the connection for each app. Can I do something similar with this app? I have seen the user rules but apparently they apply to every app. TIA

This is my block ads config with brave browser, so far so good just wanna ask if it's good for the long run? First time using the app btw, I found it on F-Droid randomly while searching for apps

There's an app called Exodus which lets you see the number of trackers inside apps installed on your phone. Would it be possible to add something like this in BlockAds and the ability to block those trackers?

Hi!

When I change the profile and switch back, all changes are lost (eg additional filter settings) Even by own profiles. How to save the settings?

Thank you!
