Humans dont have a good track record of not finding new ways to torture smaller things than them.. even humans.

So lets theorize.. ignoring current technology limitations.. which company or goverment would be willing to do this? To create another species to use as canon fodder? If i had to guest about a company that would do it.. most probabily some kind of medical company (kinda like how the ingame company uses the expies for braingrow).

As for a goverment? I believe, some goverment from a place far outside like the ONU or EU would do it, specially in times of war.

(Im not good at writting and i though this dumb idea migth be a cool lil experiment.. pun intended)

-So lets make the intro quick.. last thing you remember was going to bed after doing whatever you always do before bed, then next thing you know you get woken up by a loud buzzer and bliding ligths, you are confused.. you look around and see some black furred creatures moving around and then you look at yourself and you look exactly like them! You were called up for testing, once again, you get separated from the group and taken to a different chamber ready for the tests

Nothing new for you, same thing has been happening since you were born, so all you have to do is pray that they wont be so bad, but this time is different, as the robotic arm descents, it suddently stops... It makes weird metallic sounds and twitches, you are confused.. is it part of the test? Then you see your handler enter the room.. thats.. not normal.. he seems to be mumbling something as he aproaches the metallic arm as you back away to a corner... Then after he aproaches, the arm freaks out, and hits your handler very.. VERY badly on his chest, as he gets sent towards the wall and the metallic arm once again stops moving...

You are confused and somewhat shocked at what happened, you aproach him, he is bleeding, a ton, a big hole on his chest, you have seen others of your kind injured but seeing something like red blood? For some reason it makes you sick.. he looks barely alive, ragged breath and everything... He looks barely holding to his life..

Then you realize he left the door open.. rigth there So now you have a ton of options...

You could escape.. bolt out running without looking back.. OR you could call security.. try to get help for your handler... But at the same time, when has he treated you well? When has he even showed a bit of pity to you? Is it worth it even?

There is also the idea of... Taking your revenge on him.. your handler has done nothing good for you, and ypur life is pure suffering, you know you will die anyways if you do it.. so why not take advantage while it lasts?

All you know is that you have to make a decision quick, either he dies rigth there and security may think you had something to do with his death, or you lose your chance to escape

I though this today while reading some E-PDA's and since they say multiple times that once they caught almost everyone involved there would be executed, then i ask myself..

Lets say the goverment or some journalist manages to find that out and the leaders of said company get exposed for all the things they did... What about the sawians...? At the end of that there is still a literal new species fully created and all, what would the goverment do with them? It would be hipocritical use them how they did with them before.. or send them to war even, best case scenario i can think is just letting them be in some ecosystem or just selling them as pets, but its still something to think about.

So recently i made a post about what would happen to the Sawians AFTER the company gets caugth trialed and what-not... Many people said that they could be integrated into society due to them being a way.. close to humans, and thats honestly a VERY interesting ideas... So now i ask another question.... Lets say that everything goes rigth and after the trials and a ton of preassure the goverment decides to actually allow them to adapt into society...

-How would they be able to PROPERLY integrate into society? After all there are A TON of things thay would make it... VERY hard..

*First*, the fact that well.. the sawians now have to live along with humans... Whom also treated them horribly.

*Second...* While yeah, they are correlated to humans and are sapient enough, this isnt the same as a person with a different racial origin or skin color, these are something that if you didnt knew better you wouldnt be at fault for saying that they dont even look like a human.

Third.. the severe trauma.. of course all those years dont just pass by in a day.

*And fourth..* Yeah xenophobia would be a thing, people already have a problem dealing with racism and xenophobia today.. IMAGINE when now a new species that you have to accept as equal to you but look nothing like you suddently appear.

What made you all even interested in the game? Or become a fan of it?.

For me it was mainly the lore and setting, as a fan of sci-fi media, the story being where you basically PLAY as one memeber of the subjugated species thats treated like mere fodder, was interesting to me, since i had never seen a setting like it, since its mostly a story of you rebelling or becoming stronger blah blah, but here, you dont have a chance to rebel in a way, you are fodder sent to die, and that made me more interested.

While the fact that for me it looked like a "Furry" game was a kind of thing that kinda made me downplay it, eventually i came around it, even if im not a furry, i like the game is fun.. and my liking on the designs have grown on me, for the better.
