That picture is fake. The toilet is photoshopped in. The room is in Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam and it's just a shower:

This would be a great place to have a cry. Just get i there and turn the shower on, sit down on the toilet, and start shitting.

But all jokes aside, wouldn't the toilet overflow when the shower is on? And there's nowhere to stand? Is this AI.

It was just a picture that I'd saved on my phone. Searching it up seems to suggest that the picture is of a real room at Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam, but all of the pictures of their rooms just have the weird shower tube without the toilet. I ran the picture through Google DeepMind's and OpenAI's SynthID checkers and they both came back negative. Not sure if the toilet was added with conventional image editing or AI, bit if it were the latter it probably wasn't with ChatGPT or Gemini.

No, it wouldn't, unless it was clogged. They work on gravity and when the pressure above the elbow becomes greater than the pressure below, the water flows.

If it had a sink as well then that pretty much defines what I regarded as a perfect military bathroom installation, allowing you to shit, shave, shower and brush your teeth all at the same time.
