Emily Pope has a red triangle above her interact button, but when I try to talk to her, she says something but then immediately ends the conversation. I think its completely bugged and I can't talk to her even after leaving the game.

Yeah same here for the Pope interactions.

Same. She also now has a yellow quest marker and I still can't talk to her.

Same, I've had it maybe since I tried to explore all her dialogue options after defeating my first resonant and before defeating my second. I was hoping defeating the second would jog her along but she still appears to be stuck. Pretty sure the last time I went to see Zoe the same was true. You interact and they turn and say a voice line then immediately turn away again. Still with a red triangle
