Update 1.4.0 October 1st, 2026. Game is still crashing on xbox series x. Purchased this console new from the box at most 3 years ago because I was experiencing this issue with Starfield and assumed it was my day one xbox that was on its way to Valhalla. Since getting the new xbox, and after seeing rising prices, I have meticulously kept this console clean and well maintained. All of this is to establish that it is not my xbox that is at fault here, but a problem within the game itself. I will be playing my game normally and then at seemingly random (about 20 to 30 minutes in) I will experience a freeze in game while the audio is fine, and after a few seconds the game will either crash to dashboard or turn my xbox off completely, there is no consistency as to what it will do when it freezes. Unfortunately that's all the details I can provide

1.4.1 and I’m still crashing constantly!
