I’m on a Fabric & Textile Tour through Scotland, organized by my LYS. I’m having a BLAST learning about traditions and having access to new breeds and dyers. As a side quest, any time we have free time, I pop into a local pub and order a pint, which I then check into my beer app, and any leftovers go into my travel mug for the bus ride! So! I’m knitting and drinking my way through Scotland!

I’m making socks, my mom is making a shawl with some planned pooling. And we’re both wearing our matching Bifurca vests :)

While watching the last few episodes of Torchwood… John Barrowman never stops being easy on the eyes 😍

I'm rumbling a migraine and 3 months pregnant so simple projects since I've run out of yarn to win. At least I have my purring pal to keep me company

Cast off over 360 stitches of the knit body on my link tee and now doing the crochet hem with a glass of NZ Sauvignon Blanc.

This evening I’ve chosen my pattern, gauge swatched the ribbing and selected colours for my hat.

I’m so excited I literally can’t sleep and have just spent a pleasant 20 minutes looking at and liking posts from last year’s exchange.
