Disturbing content Dude who sexually assaulted me contacted me almost 100 times today.
The person who sexually assaulted me contacted me over 100 times today on various social media.
3 years ago, a local artist who performs under the band name [redacted] sexually assaulted me in a parking lot.
Luckily some hero pulled them off of me before shit got bad bad; the rapist then bit and hospitalized the hero so hard they were hospitalized for a few days bc they had a chunk of flesh missing from their chest.
When me and the hero went to the local police, the police lied to us both and said the other refused to press charges; they did this while both them and myself felt we were being actively blocked from pressing charges.
Like “hey we’d like to press charges”
“Are you sure, cuz the other guy refuses to support what happened”
Said to both of us whilst trying to press charges lol.
[redacted] then used AI to impersonate me.
They sent death threats as “me” to local drag queens.
And sadly, the drag queen was media illiterate and thought the obvious Ai account was actually me.
In true dramatic fashion, they made a bunch of fucked up posts about the real me, forming a lynch mob.
Said drag queen ended up actually encouraging people to avoid talking to police about the sexual assault and assault they witnessed, based off the words [redacted] said while impersonating me.
Weirdly enough, their brother was the hero mentioned earlier.
[redacted] made endless accounts of me on facebook both impersonating me while saying horrible things, but also suggesting that them and I were lovers.
I have screen shots of them “arguing” with me on social media’s I don’t even have, with the other 4 accounts all variations of them “winning” the argument.
They used my audio recordings to recreate my voice, make a fake profile and reach out to my ex partner, telling them “I would find them and kill them”, while also sending them messages telling them to kill themselves.
They called my house using Ai call things over 50 times, always a cab asking for my home address.
They made ai porn of me lol.
Again, the local police said all of this was fine.
We then find out there are other victims who were also blocked from pressing charges from the police.
I found a women who had to fight their way out of his house.
A bouncer who he sexually assaulted.
A man who got punched in the face while sleeping, when the guy broke down the door to get at them.
On my end, I had three separate social workers with a combined 60 years of experience within front line sexually assault work say the same thing; in their entire careers, the only time they’ve seen police cover for somebody so hard is when they are an informant; see my last few posts on my profile to learn more lol.
Anyways, today, this guy, the guy who sexually assaulted me contacted me about 100 times, just recreating accounts and spamming my shit.
And just what the fucking fuck lol.
I am dealing with this properly, and tbh this is gonna end up being a super cool cbc radio article you might end up hearing about in 15 years from now, but yeah vent.
The artist who performs as [redacted] who sexually assaulted me, who’s stalked me for 3 years, send almost 100 messages to me today on various social media’s.
Meanwhile here I am just documenting everything, advancing my case with the police over site board and a Justice of the peace who is aware of how shitty our local police are and is willing to help.
I am pretty frustrated that I’m still dealing with [redacted]s existence, and tbh, I’m starting to think the OG social workers who suggested he’s an informant might be on to something.
But for now- at least I have almost 100 data points to help my case.
But holy fuck.

That’s absolutely horrible and I’m so sorry this is happening to you. My heart goes out to you.
I was part of a case against a famous DJ who sexually assaulted me and many others. I got a lot of harassment from a lot of different angles and it took everything in me not to drop the case.
You got this!! Stay strong!!

The best one for me- a local drag queen, the person whose brother saved me, ended up posting partial footage of the incident on facebook.
And then tried to use me getting attacked as an example of a hate crime against the lgbt community, given the attack happened at a drag show.
Like the person, who tried to sell a “go human rights” image, literally used footage of the attack to try and gain internet points saying it was a hate crime lol, spinning themselves as the victim.

The cop who did this to me actually iust beat up somebody in detention and it’s gone viral on a local level.
Fuck the Belleville police.
But also; what can we expect? It’s not like they’re trained to do their jobs- they don’t have social service work diplomas..

As I’ve been trying to figure out how to deal with this stuff, I’ve spoken with social service workers who specialize in dealing with sexually assault, be it via trauma therapy, front line workers at victim support, or working at a women’s shelter.
These three people do not know each other, all have masters in their field at least, and between all of them actually have 80 (more than I realized) years of experience working with victims of sexually assault and the police.
All three of them told me the same thing.
“The only time I’ve ever seen the police protect somebody like that is when they are an informant”.
I had three separate experts in this field mention this dynamic after I told them what happened, and all of them came to that conclusion of their own accord.
Ask, bc the police suck, I had to gather evidence myself.
I have found 3 other victims, for a total of 5, who have all been attacked by this guys, have gone to the Belleville police, and have not been able to press charges.
In addition.
The person is poor, and comes from a poor family.
They have tens of thousands of dollars of fancy computer stuff and zero income stream and are in Ontario disability, which works out to around 1200 a month.
They are unemployed.
They are an alcoholic and also just starting a coke addiction when they attacked me; I assume it’s gotten worse.
Plus
3 experts in the field all said the same thing independently- police only so shit like this to protect informants.

Agreed.
It should be noted I am from a small town, and given all these social workers have been here for a while.. one of them actually checked to confirm that any of the cops were his family (when this all happened).
Just as a function of probability, the informant thing is notable.

Document, document, document. Every single thing that happens builds the case. Keep a written log IN PEN. Date and sign entries. This is a legal document by signing it.
Not only can you start with a restraining order, but every single case like death threats can be treated as defamation. Does this guy have assets? Does he own a house? If so, sue his ass if you have the means to do so. If he doesn't have anything worth anything don't bother unless the cost of the lawsuit doesn't matter and you want to flex.

I’ve had three social workers with 60 plus years front line experience all independent say the same thing when they heard my story; the only time they’ve ever seen the Belleville police cover for somebody like this is when theyve been a police informant.
I’ve collected testimony from the other victims and stuff too.
Was at the police station today- it should be illegal for them to contact me by Monday, and anything they send since then is bonus shit.
Like this person sexually assaulted me too lol, and the police covered it up (see link).

Also one of the cops who did this to me is currently going “locally viral” bc they beat the shit out of a detained person the other night. The Belleville police out a statement about it and stuff.
Edit: also low key thank you for this comment; I have been a squeaky wheel, and it’s been disheartening af, so thanks.
