DISCUSSION is there any reason why Bloodborne isn't getting a PC Port?

I've always thought that they've just completely forgotten about the game, i mean most people say it's fromsoft's magnum opus so why on earth isn't this game getting a pc port or a remaster? are there any specific reasons for it? i'd like to know cuz i personally have no idea how companies work and stuff like that.

Its a year later but I figured out why.

Sony owns the patents to all the gameplay mechanics. IE Rally, Healing Vial, Trick Weapons, while Fromsoft owns the IP (The World and Setting).

Meaning Sony can use the mechanics in a different game, but nit the same world, and Fromsoft can use the world, but not the mechanics. Fromsoft being a good dev team wouldn't want to use the same world and make different mechanics. While Sony on the other hand will stop everyone from making fun stuff.

With the merger that is happening now, as much as I hate it, bloodborne might get a PS5 remake, and then 2 years down the road a PC remake, as per every other PS5 game. Because they want you to buy their dogshit console.

It's not like Fromsoft is searching desperately for the opportunity to make a game (in the BB universe). I am definetly not a Sony fanboy, but especially after the ER success they definetly wouldn't mind a BB2.
