She should have just slowly driven miles across town so she had to walk back

327

u/Demi_Lovatos_Spoon Apr 16 '26

That would have objectively been just as funny.

105

u/KatDanger Apr 16 '26

And much less of a chance of vehicular manslaughter

31

u/TechnoMaestro Apr 16 '26

Yeah I legit thought as soon as she went out of frame we were about to hear a bubump of her going under the wheels.

1

u/InstantHeadache Apr 17 '26

We would be watching this in that other subreddit

1

u/DrollFurball286 Apr 17 '26

Ooh. Drive to the police station while you’re at it.

2

u/gibberishr Apr 16 '26

How do you measure if something is objectively as funny as something else?

2

u/Daft00 Apr 16 '26

Opinion, duh

2

u/dat_oracle Apr 16 '26

but much less of a shock effect that will show her, she ain't the biggest fish in the pond

craziness has no rules or limits

2

u/Expensive-Treat-9020 Apr 16 '26

Yeah but that face was priceless. Maybe speeding up and then slowing down just in time to drive across town would work.

2

u/kkeut Apr 16 '26

it would have objectively been way, way funnier. like, it's something I can imagine happening in a comedy film. a whole scene of two people shit talking each other through the windshield as the car drives along leasurely

2

u/Real_Live_Sloth Apr 16 '26

Reverse uber.

64

u/helplessgranny Apr 16 '26

I would have just driven to the local police department.

2

u/RuanPienaar2 Apr 16 '26

I was about to say this. Both of them are idiots.

2

u/vooglie Apr 17 '26

Hand yourself in? Despite someone else’s crazy you can’t do this shit

92

u/Unhappy_Waltz5834 Apr 16 '26

Should have driven to a car wash 😂

20

u/lucasribeiro21 Apr 16 '26

What are 600 IQ people doing on Reddit?

16

u/Unhappy_Waltz5834 Apr 16 '26

Porn consumption mostly.

3

u/Brook420 Apr 17 '26

Well I feel a little more intelligent now.

1

u/Sorkijan Apr 17 '26

Yeah I'm in between wanks

1

u/Fwizzle45 Apr 17 '26

Vigorously masturbating.

4

u/Singl1 Apr 16 '26

YES that would’ve been great tbh

1

u/Temporu Apr 21 '26

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

3

u/DrunkenVerpine Apr 16 '26

Okay that's hilarious. Someone ever does this to me ill drive to the middle of nowhere, until nightfall

4

u/whoever56789 Apr 16 '26

Just a little too fast to want to jump off. That's what I thought was going to happen, then it got kinda dark with the attempted manslaughter.

1

u/roarjah Apr 16 '26

20mph?

3

u/whoever56789 Apr 16 '26

Yeah that looked pretty dangerous to me. Hitting your head on asphalt at that speed will mess you up or kill you, and getting run over is a serious possibility. Once she started falling to the side it got really sketchy.

5

u/roarjah Apr 16 '26

Yes people are upset she was punished but that slap on the wrist is a good reminder to society that we don’t need to invite the grim reaper to a little argument

3

u/No-Goat5683 Apr 16 '26

Yeah instead you should just sit in your car until whoever is holding you hostage decides it's been long enough

1

u/Classic_Department42 Apr 16 '26

If there someone strange sitting on your car... who you'd gonna call... ghoo.. actually call the police

-1

u/Hamster_Toot Apr 16 '26

I mean if it’s that vs potentially killing someone…yeah.

3

u/Norendr Apr 16 '26

Oooorrr the person could just not get in the way of the car like an idiot. She put herself in the situation, road burn is nothing compared to the fact that the person that put them in the situation got not punishment.

But the person going about their day got 6 months of punishment...

-1

u/Hamster_Toot Apr 16 '26

Because being inconvenienced isn’t grounds for manslaughter.

The fact you don’t get this shows your lack of humanity.

Crazy people don’t deserve to die because you say so.

2

u/Norendr Apr 16 '26

Crazy people shouldn't be driving on the wrong side of the road and then become confrontational and grabbing onto cars.

Everyone is their own kind of crazy, the fact you think people can just control other's people time is also crazy. She took the correct and clear path to leave the situation, crazy decided to go further.

I care more that the actual person putting everyone in a dangerous situation gets off free

u/whoever56789 Apr 16 '26

Oh I see what you're saying, yeah about 20 so she can hold on nice and tight but doesn't wanna jump off.

2

u/SendMeIttyBitties Apr 16 '26

Slowly driven to the police station.

2

u/BoRnIn2aTiTuDe Apr 16 '26

Woulda pulled right up to the police station with them on the phone. "Alright yall can come outside and take this land whale off the hood of my car refusing to get off."

2

u/Dravarden Apr 16 '26

exactly, drive at like 5kph so she won't get hurt, but very annoyed

either that or go up to 20 and then slam on the breaks, she won't be able to hold on

or maybe find a parking lot with a bush, then slowly park all the way into the bush

2

u/OutsideYourWorld Apr 16 '26

Thats what I was thinking and expected... But she just gunned it, lol.

I'm still on the drivers side.

2

u/Not_Paid_Just_Intern Apr 16 '26

This was what I was expecting to see. Then she kept accelerating, and accelerating, and accelerating and then pulling on to the road and accelerating more and more.

Wild all around.

1

u/Equivalent-Sea255 Apr 16 '26

This is the way. I was going to say the exact same thing lol

1

u/CarelessProcedure Apr 16 '26

this is the way

1

u/LongBeachHXC Apr 16 '26

This what I thought was going to happen 😅

1

u/stonedandthrown Apr 16 '26

This is the way.

1

u/MobileArtist1371 Apr 16 '26

In high school the football team was doing laps around the campus. I drove up to yell at some of my buds on the team. One jumped in the back of my truck bed. I turned left when the route around the campus was clockwise and drove down the side street for maybe an 1/8th of a mile.

Funniest part is the coach asked why the one kid was behind, found out, and kid had to run an extra lap for it.

1

u/tharizzla Apr 16 '26

That's what I was thinking lol

1

u/Koniroku Apr 16 '26

for a moment there I thought she was about to drive her to the police station

1

u/sonofmo Apr 16 '26

Or, and hear me out, to the police station.

1

u/agumonkey Apr 16 '26

or maybe find a car wash nearby

1

u/Angstycarroteater Apr 17 '26

Honestly how I thought it was going at first but I’m okay with both fafo

1

u/PikminOfTarth Apr 17 '26

Would have been better, but still dangerous I guess and would still be punishable, no?
