Yes, they developed this product, tested it, manufactured it and got contracts with municipalities but they forgot to check to see if you could slide a spackle knife underneath it.

Sorry I forgot how the government is never ever incompetent.

Remind me again about those NYS license plates and why all of them made in a 5 year period had to be returned because they used the wrong kind of paint?

im sure i read they came off if you turned heated windows on but this was years ago. maybe fixed that by now.

You can remove them with aluminum foil, or by heating the windows and sliding them off with a ruler.

The suction cups are in the center. A debit card wouldn't be long enough to get to it, let alone have enough leverage to pry up the edge.
