I tend to not think outside the box like this. Chances are I would just get stuck in a box. That's what I feel like in life too, that I need God's help with direction. I will let you know how that one goes. Deliverer or Shit Show Captain? On the next episode of My Life.

To be fair, he "escaped" into a police station and was immediately apprehended so thinking outside of the box wasn't really a winning move here.

Yes and he just added extra charges to himself. Weird how many people here are calling him a hero when he literally murdered someone.

He's not a hero, but he did a good thing here, exposing the police station's piss-poor security.

I mean they immediately got him seconds later. Security was great in this situation, unless you think they should chain every suspect to the wall like an animal.

That extra charge means jackshit to the guy who murdered his entire family, if there's even the slimmest possibility to escape

He’s not going away for life for murder. He just added on at least a year of his life. Also my comment specifically was about the commenters here rooting for a murderer to get away.

Oh yeah I don't know what the fuck the commenters are on about in that regard. But a triple homicide usually ends in a life sentencing. That extra charge isn't that significant to whatever the real charge is my point.

But when you’re in there for murder you’re pretty much fucked either way, might as well try to escape

1

u/Wide-Candle3846 20h ago

Sure, I don’t fault him for trying. I’m just concerned with the people praising him to get away. It’s weird how many people are so anti police that they’d rather cheer on an actual murderer.

Hey dont question it man most people in america would cheer for murderers over american cops

1

u/amdg325 14h ago

I don’t know about most people in America. Most people on Reddit maybe.

He committed triple murder. Do you think he cares about extra charges?

He won my vote!

yeah most people wouldn't think to attempt this because even if you get through one wall you are still in a POLICE STATION with likely 15 officers + 10 cars in the parking lot + maybe some motorcycles + maybe some dogs. Also definitely a LOT of guns.

He thought outside the box only to find a bigger box. Thus is life.

I’d stare at the drywall and hope that it magically opens up into a portal to Narnia.

People like you don't have to think that much because you would never be in a situation like this.

2

u/VeganWerewolf 21h ago

What do you mean people like you?

2

u/YouAteMyChips_ 19h ago

People that wouldn't murder their whole family, I guess

1

u/kernelangus420 15h ago

But most people don't think like the minority.

I would, but I can't. My arms are weak and I am fed through a tube, so what do you mean people like me. You saying we can't murder people so we're just trapped in a box to you?

1

u/DontBanMePlsmeowmeow 20h ago

probably non impulsive types

1

u/GravitasFailures 17h ago

What do YOU mean, “people like you?”

3

u/iam1whoknocks 22h ago

Id prolly just break my foot

5

u/GuerillaRiot 22h ago

My luck the next room would be where the K9 sleep

1

u/Sketaverse 21h ago

lol I'd prolly find my ex wife on the other side of the wall asking for money for damages

u/waffles_weekends 21h ago

that drywall looks sturdier than it is, but ankles don't stand a chance

you might just lean against the wall and find out that it just crumbles into powder.

in america, going through walls is "inside the box thinking."

if you're creative, you use a more difficult method called "NOT easily breaking the walls to escape."

2

u/Ryukishin187 21h ago

You don't think outside the box like this, because his solution is stupid. This didn't help him escape anything besides the room. He just got more in trouble.

If you have nothing to lose like someone who merc'd their entire family, it might be a better option for you personally than basically waiting to be jailed for life or worse.

u/cheesesteakman1 16h ago

He took the risk

u/ItsYukah 21h ago

I feel strongly compelled to ask what the clarifying resolution is.

u/HaroerHaktak 18h ago

I feel like even if you did try this, you'd break out into the break room and there's just a bunch of cops on break eating donuts
