Because it is racist. Many black American do not speak properly so rather than calling it out or trying to fix it (also risking offending 🙄) they labeled said improper speaking as ebonics and then (since anything and everything's offensive) they relabeled it to African American Vernacular English. It's just hood slang. That's all you have to know.
No I'm not. Saying "das my baby daddy cuh fuq u mean twin" is not a dialect of English. How is that racist? There's history on the things im saying. Is truth racism? Y'all just want to censor everything and acknowledge nothing.
You can look things up for free on that internet machine because it would have taken you five seconds to double check that yes, AAVE is a dialect of English.
YOU'RE Actually speaking improper English imo, the French ruined this language a thousand years ago and the grammar and poetry of old English had far more utility in grammar not being based on word order and instead using a case system more similar to Latin.
Anyway my master's degree and half a PhD of research on the Peterborough Chronicle says you're wrong. I sure hope you don't use the pronoun 'she' because we stole that from the Danish going into middle English and the word 'heo/hie' was initially the proper way to say it
you're either a bot or a conservative and idk what is more embarrassing. if anyone real sees this feel free to ask about my translation of Beowulf
I wouldn't say I'm conservative but I'm not going to pretend that improper speaking is a dialect of english. It's only accepted so that they "stop getting corrected" and we can just pretend it's fine and normal. Look it up
