It’s actually very good. Extremely tender and juicy. Like Sushi kinda.

There are special regulation to ensure it’s safe (though just like Sushi a small risk remains).

its minced and with a nice mix of spices. a lot of germans have no idea its raw. you wouldnt notice from the taste.

Salmon is delicious though. Mett...No Idea, I lived almost 14 years in Germany and was never brave enough to try it despite being quite a curious person when it comes to trying new food.
