The third edition of The Town will be held September 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th and 12th, 2027, at Interlagos Circuit (dubbed "City of Music" during the festival), in São Paulo, Brazil.
More acts will be announced over the next few months, with the full lineup out before the general sale some time next year (following the tradition of its sister festival, Rock in Rio - each festival is held every other year, Rock in Rio in even-numbered years, both in Rio and in Lisbon, Portugal; The Town in odd-numbered years).

It would not be wise to undertake this idea for the benefit of the entire Music Festival population because they are not capable of receiving the benefit that this experience would offer. This happened to this festival before.... I know it works sometimes but a beach festival, the end of September during hurricane season might not be a good idea.

Mud Lands 2026. I've been to small raves and shows. I went to ubbi, but it rained out the second day.This has been be overstimulatingly mind-blowing and I love it. Now I know to be more prepared for weather conditions. I'm from Louisiana so I didn't expect the basically mudslide thing.

My girlfriend and I love festivals, but when we can't go we usually stream them at home and follow the subreddit all weekend. The set conflicts, fit checks, weather drama, bathroom complaints, sound issues and everything happening around the festival are half the fun and all the hype.

I decided to recreate some of that for her this Saturday.

If you want to throw the playlists on Saturday and rage with us from wherever you are, you're invited. Four screens, one screen, whole house, living room... doesn't really matter.

You need:

- 4 rooms/screens with decent sound

- The four YouTube playlists

- YouTube Premium is strongly recommended so ads don't wreck the schedule

At 12:00 PM ET, hit play on all four playlists.

That's basically it.

Each playlist is already arranged so the sets happen at the scheduled times. Then just move between stages depending on who you want to see, exactly like you would at a festival.

You definitely don't need four rooms either. You can run one or two screens and party with us how you want.

I also made a fake subreddit/site that will be running throughout the week and during the festival, so anybody doing this from home can jump into the threads with us.

Tonight's festival started late and ended early. It was nice that the breaks in-between bands were shorter, but the entire production was too short. Also, the bands were far less good/entertaining than the May show. Still a good time, but less value for a more expensive ticket compared to the May '26 festival.

I’m from the Czech Republic and I’ve been to Rock for People a few times. I’m considering going to Rock im Park next year, because the lineup is just flawless, but I’ve never been there before.

I would like to ask those who have experience with both festivals, what are the biggest differences I should expect?

Basically, if RfP is my reference point, what will feel noticeably different at Rock im Park?

Wondering if it’s ok to bring animal to 5day events such as Lost Lands , Electric Forest, EDC … issues arise such as Dog needing to pee/poo - Heat exhaustion - running away from fireworks (EF)- people trampling over it at night (Edc) dogs barking overnight (summercamp)- dog stolen(imagine) - ear,eye,paw protection - possible sniffing eating ground scores . this is not about people I am asking ABOUT ANIMALS

Hi! I recently bought tickets for the **Indianapolis Sky Lantern Festival by Ascent on September 19, 2026**, and I’m starting to get a little worried because I can’t find much information about the actual event.
The event is listed on Luna Ticketing, but I haven’t been able to find an exact venue/address yet, and I’m having a hard time finding posts from people who have actually attended an **Ascent Sky Lantern Festival** before.
Has anyone here been to one of their festivals, especially the ones in **Houston, Chicago, Boston, or any other city**?
