Oppo's 4cb in transition defend just like normal fullbacks, yet the wide amfs will also track back, and double teaming the wingers.
When out of possession, the cbs tuck in, wide amfs drop back as wing backs. With the 2 Dmfs, it protects zone 14 so compactly that its incredibly hard to get shots off.
The oppo wide amfs also presses(a bit), but retaining possession is very easy.

is this some sort of exploit cause you can only have 3 cb formation at max , also you are so smooth on the ball wish i could learn the shoot cancel setup,also does pass assist help with anything i haven't seen anyone use it
I use shot cancel to shift my opponents momentum (and fake shot), but only use it when you are a few steps away from the opponent and see space that can be exploited
This is the first time I have seen the gameplay of 4 CB formation. The way the defence line moving back so synchronised, my god. This would be so annoying to face.
