These new crusher 720 was fun to listen to for the first two days until I noticed these issues. It crackles over Bluetooth on my PC, and the audio and bass are weaker when wired. Both issues are shown in the video.

Ngl, I'm so tired of this BS. Sometimes a reset fixes the issue, but having to deal with it multiple times a day is getting really frustrating. The first minor issue I noticed was that low latency mode resets every time I turn the headset off and on. I could live with that, but you can't even remap it to any of the headset buttons? I don’t really like them , I do but I don’t. The base isn’t as loud as the one my friend has. When I put hers on they had alot of base & sound amazing at the same time. She put them on top of my hoodie and I could still hear the music and the noise canceling was still there. I’m pretty sure she said she had noise canceling. I think. Any recommendations of skullcandy with amazing sound and base ?. I have alopecia so it’s hard for me to find headphones that 1. Don’t fall or slide of my head easily bc lack of hair. 2. That they aren’t tight on the top or sides after wearing them for a while.

With this eq you go full douchbag mode on the headset for the deepest bass and rumble possible.

Don't forget to unsnap the 700 hz to the top or bottom of the midpoint depending on how much of douchbag you are.

Don't be shy and fully express your inner douchbag by playing around with the 200hz and 3 khz like a massive douche until it rumbles so much your jaw starts to dislocate. I left you an example down below in the comments.

I have the Push Active Series Earbuds and for some reason whenever I’m listening to music, it stops like in the song, kinda like it pauses and then keeps playing the song. Idk if it’s glitching or something, but I know I’m not intentionally pressing the button to pause them. If anyone else has these, does this happened to you while listening to music? And how could I fix it?

Just picked these up today. Went with these instead of EVO because I want to wear them for the gym from time to time. I also find these ear cups more comfortable than the leather style on the EVO. Just curious who is actually using these for the gym regularly and how they're holding up? Are they still smelling good and looking crisp with regular cleaning of the ear cups? Thanks!

I bought the crusher 720 on sale at bestbuy and they feel and look nice more comfortable than the evo.

The issue is the sound quality. I think the bass is great it’s more defined but the sound quality sounds very tinny and cheap.

My evo has a fuller sound profile than the 720 which was really disappointing assuming the 720 would sound better and even after messing with the app and it’s eq i was still disappointed.

So should i wait until the 1080 go on sale and buy those or should i look for something else?

And for the people who own the 1080 do they sound full like the crusher evo?

I had these maybe a year or less and when I originally bought the first pair it didn't last even 2 days it gave a ring of death then nothing. So i obviously thought it was a weird flook so I returned them and got a new pair which were amazing at first but I've had constant issues since. I've had to constantly reset them or fuss with there shitty ability to connect to bluetooth which was fine I sucked it up for the amazing sound quality anc mode and the bass boost mode. The newest issue is the sound on the right one is spotty there will connect but no sound so I clean them I reset them I do everything for a week of bullshit as they worked sometimes after quite fuss but today the right one has officially gave up Ive been unable to get the sound back. I will state this is not my first time buying skull candy products I loved the cheaper version of this brands earbuds so I upgraded after doing a lot of research and I will say I'm not impressed with all the issues I've faced for the high price even if the sound quality anc and bass boost mode is impeccable.

Edit- If you guys have any other tips on how to fix the sound issue I'll be thrilled but if not I can't recommend these

Have had these bad boys for years and they are my favorite headphones by far. Of course I had to drop them bombing a massive hill on my skateboard, and now they refuse to connect.

They were gifted to me years ago, but I'll do anything to get em up and running again.

When plugged in, music can only be heard on the right side, but both haptic drivers thump away. "Power on" still plays through both speakers, but it no longer says "pairing," nor does it appear in any bluetooth menu.

I took them apart but see nothing abnormal or disconnected. I'm thinking it's an issue with the motherboard itself. Any ideas?

Is it confirmed the 540 active crushers are the EXACT SAME as crusher evo’s just a tighter clamp and better sweat resistance, just curious because I love the crusher evo’s so much and if the 540’s aren’t the EXACT same i rather just buy another crusher evo

I want a little input on this because it seems no one else is having this issue with the 1080s.

I have now bought 2 pairs of 1080s off of their official website as a broke highschool student and both have had the same issue of a plastic rubbing in the left ear swivel. I have already tried the tricks the few people have recommended on the last pair I bought and it never worked so I warrantied the second pair aswell. What i’m wondering is if anyone else is having this issue with their pair and if I should gamble and buy the 1080s again hoping that this pair might not have the same issue.

For context i’m a huge audiophile and I don’t want the muffled audio of the 720s and I want to hear some instrument separation.

I was watching a YouTube video when suddenly one of my earbuds made a loud buzzing sound then stopped working. It still lights up as if it’s charging, but now I can’t even get it to turn on when out of the case. Did it crap out for good or is there anyway I could fix this?

I love my headphones but I cannot stand the constant "battery low" voice blasting in my ears every 10 seconds when its even slightly low. I'm autistic so I wear my headphones pretty much all the time, but the notification sound triggers my misophonia really badly. Like it makes me want to break them badly. I would much rather they just die unexpectedly than be forced to listen to that annoying sound every minute for an hour. Is there any way at all to disable it? At this point I'll try literally anything.

Just put them on one day and noticed there was less bass in the left ear of the headphones and it made a rattling noise. I took off the cushion and unscrewed everything hoping it was just something was loose but the problem is under the green electronic board and there are wires and buttons preventing me from lifting it? Am I crazy to think stuffing tissue or cut up sponge behind it might support whatever is rattling?

first time the headphones battery died i spent 20 minutes figuring out it was empty. turning it on only said ‘cya’ so i spent 20 minutes trying to find a hard reset combination because i thought they crashed.

I noticed that when I plug in the 3.5 mm cable while my Crusher 720 is connected to Bluetooth and playing audio, the volume suddenly drops to around 60%, and the bass feels about 80% weaker.

Here's what I've tested so far:

-Bluetooth only: Normal volume and bass.

-Wired + Bluetooth connected: Volume drops significantly, and the bass becomes much weaker.

-Wired + Bluetooth disconnected, headset still powered on: The audio is slightly louder than when both connections are active, but the volume and bass are still noticeably weaker compared to Bluetooth-only playback.

Bro this headset is so ahh, like my first issue where it doesn't even remember the low latency mode so everytime I had to use it I need to connect it to my phone wtf is this bs.

I made a post a few months ago when the 1080's had just released expressing my disappointment with the lack of bass and how it didn't live up to my previous crusher experience, I was met with mixed opinions, some people agreed, but a handful of people actually seemed frustrated that I dared to make a complaint at all. I was told that the 1080's were just as powerful in the bass department as older models, which considering I had written that I was comparing them side by side to an older pair of crushers belonging to a friend was laughable so I didn't take much to replying to them. I even managed to get an official reply from Skullcandy themself which was promising.

This new update has completely changed my opinion on them, I decided to not return the headphones at the time and hold out that Skullcandy would be able to update them further down the line as the sound itself was fantastic, I couldn't deny the sound quality, however the bass was beyond a disappointment for me, as to me growing up crushers were about that face bending bass that rumbled your eardrums into submission. I'm nearing 30 now and this update has taken me right back to my childhood. I couldn't be happier.

The update has changed my opinion of the headphones being a 5/10 for the price and experience to honestly a 10/10 since the update. It is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was expecting from the headphones.

To anyone considering the 1080's but have been debating due to mixed reviews, by god buy them, they are well worth the money after this update. The smile on my face hearing the new updated bass level, I probably looked like a child walking into Disneyland for the first time. What a great experience.
