From everything I’ve been hearing, and even though it’s still early, the fact they are pushing battlefront 3 hard onto Dice is actually filling me with hope !

It feels wrong, like an old friend you finally see after years apart.. but yet welcome.

Yo guys so kinda funny timing with all the Battlefront 3 rumors going around right now, because literally a day before I was brainstorming ideas for what I’d want to see if we ever actually got another Battlefront. Looks like it might really be happening 😭🙏

Anyways, the idea I really liked and would be really dynamic is the role of Commander.

Everyone and I love characters like Rex, Cody, Gree, Bly, etc., but I don’t think it would be smart to have 5+ different clone commanders taking up hero slots with slightly different abilities or loadouts. Instead, I think commanders should be their own special class, found on the map similar to the pickups from Battlefront 2015 or Battlefield.

They would also be specific to the map/battle. On Kashyyyk, the Republic commander could be Gree. Utapau gets Cody. Umbara/Christophsis gets Rex, and so on.

They wouldn’t just be stronger either. Each commander could have their own loadout, abilities, and call-ins such as artillery, air support, marking objectives or enemies, or vehicles.

This wouldnt js apply to the Republic. The CIS would have Tactical Droids, Super Tactical Droids, OOM commanders, etc. With similar abilities but with more tactical advantage to support the team rather than individual abilities.

Commanders would basically fill the gap between regular reinforcements and heroes while making each battle feel more unique to the map.

The main selling point of the cancelled Free Radical Battlefront 3 was the ground to space battles. Being able to spawn on the ground, jump in starfighter and seamlessly join the space battle overhead.

Imagine how perfect this would be with the power of the PS6 and Xbox Scorpio and the massive scale you can have. People are talking about possible heroes and singleplayer when THIS is what I want. It's a perfect way to go back to Battlefront's roots with an all-out war with infantry, tanks and starfighters all duking it out.

Just imagine the reveal trailer of a battle raging on Coruscant as the camera pans up and shows the massive battle happening in space, it would be amazing.😵

Isn't this basically a soft confirmation? I might actually cry, because this means the community doing all the resurgence events to get on EA's radar actually got Battlefront 3 produced. Is this the first time this has happened in gaming history? Also EA listening to fans???

Pretty much the title. Is there a single aspect of that game that needs to be present, or needs to be taken out/replaced, in order for you to even begin considering this EXTREMELY theoretical hint of a game, to be close to 10/10 for you? - Not necessarily an aspect that would make you unwilling to play or enjoy, but something that would hold it from being peak.

For me, it'll probably be the ability to seamlessly go from ship-to-ground.

I don't think I'd be able to give the next Battlefront installation a 10 if there wasn't a gamemode correlating with that concept. Old-Gens "Space Assault" gamemode (hopefully expanded upon since 2005) would be a decent substitute if they couldn't achieve it.

A close second would be how they go about "Eras". Could we please experiment a different era just a hair? That would really drum this hype up for me.

Of course, keep the clones in (duh), MAYBE keep the Peak of the Empire.. Maybe push more towards "Mandalorians" show time, with a Properly established New Republic vs Imperial Remnants?

However, I would get most excited if there's a big twist and they scrap Clone Wars - Empire completely, and just went to a past era like Mandalorian Wars or The Old Republic.

Randomly found a hero’s Vr villains match where everyone was just goofing around, so I decided to go along with it.

I see lots of posts about it the last day but I don’t see if it’s been confirmed. Is it all still rumours or what’s going on.

We do another resurgence so that if the rumor is true that Disney is considering battlefront 3 they see battlefront 2 still popping off after years of no updates which hopefully possibly might maybe give them the confidence to actually green light battlefront 3

With the **rumor** that Battlefront 3 is in early talks with DICE and Bungie, I feel like plenty of people are going to start dropping their wishlists for their 40 Glup Shittos or people like Revan coming back to life a thousand years later to fight with the Rebellion, so this seems like a really good opportunity to point out that this type of stuff would be way better for a Star Wars hero shooter genre game. I feel like it's actually the thing a lot of people want.

I feel like Battlefront is at it's best with large scale maps between infantry supported by and supporting ground and air vehicles. Not with 4 heroes per side being held by the same player that just retreats and regens when their health drops below 70%.

I feel like both Battlefront 2s ended up taking a really good Battlefront formula with excellent maps and a trifecta between infantry, ground vehicles, and air vehicles and then flipped the script and just started throwing heroes at it. It's obvious that heroes are popular because they drive the stories of the universe, but I really wish Battlefront would return to and stay a more grounded experience.

This has probably been answered somewhere deep down but the only results I get are these AI influenced ones showing an error where it simply doesn't launch. My problem is that it indeed launches with the expense of simply failing to have the link between my EA and Steam and gives me the error code EC 10011 and signing me out of EA app. Their customer support isn't very big of a help and any other trouble shooting method just hasnt worked.

So far ive tried to:

Verify integrity of files

Unlink then relink the same Steam account

Do a fresh uninstall and reinstall

Launch through EA app + clear app cache

Fix router + DNS issues via cmd prompt (Supposedly servers cant ping me or something)

Wipe my Frosty mod manager + Frosty fix I used for PVZ GW2

Disabled Anti Virus + allow it through controlled access

Run any related apps as Administrator

Supposedly this happened with Squadrons but the only relevant fix was to sign in through EA app with Steam, then link the email for the initial EA account (Which i've done previously with Apex) and the AI suggests to reinstall and uninstall Easy Anti-Cheat (Which I fail to see how its relevant considering this uses FairFight + didnt work after trying anyway)
