Poor dealer warranty service for air suspension
That must be frustrating, buddy. You're not wrong and the plan of action you proposed is reasonable. If all else fails open a case with Volvo Customer Care.
How many miles on the beauty?

Restated Deconsolidation incoming...?
That's for folks who don't have a position and are considering one/adding one based on NEW info (which we don't have)...are you new here?
3
Restated Deconsolidation incoming...?
The speculation is a waste of time in my opinion and it's not going to affect my positioning before they release their financials so I'd rather just wait. I've waited this long...

Germanium
Beautiful stuff! Considering this is for metal ingots I wonder what the germanium dioxide price is now for ex-China. It's so hard to get updated germanium figures.
For example, Energy Fuels a few days ago apparently revealed that terbium is now $5500/kg (https://x.com/roblun1/status/2091086099741655437); just a couple months ago it was $4500/kg.
So I'm guessing germanium dioxide is pushing $10,000/kg in the west now considering it was ~$8600/kg a couple months ago (https://strategicmetalsinvest.com/current-strategic-metals-prices/)
Exciting times! It's just a game of patience at this point...the squeeze is coming. I'm buying more first thing on Monday if prices stay here.

Delayed filings
That was speculation. He denied it, too.

Delayed filings
You've got it right, which should mean that Q3 earnings should be on time, soon after, since Q3 ends Sept 31.
Been a long slog but I think they're gonna get it right this time.

Short Squeeze Potential?

Mark Jensen has chronicled the buildout quite well on X, with pictures and some contextualized details; you can also follow ReElement's LinkedIn page. So there is plenty of evidence that they can scale. What we're all waiting on is what happens when the switches flip to on and the valves open.
The accounting drama is a warranted concern but it's more of a nuisance than anything else. Spinning off two companies while ramping up one of the most important facilities for American national security is a HUGE undertaking. I'm willing to give them grace to get the job done. Their actions of implementing a dividend and a share buyback program speak volumes as to their confidence in the vision and the mission.

The whole purpose of the Noblesville site was to run qualification samples for prospective customers. That's why we are serving at least 7 defense primes (Mark's words on numerous occasions) in addition to all the other anonymous private entities we are engaged with.
Noblesville has now morphed into a transition hub where they max out their output for their customers until Marion is up and running and then they ramp up production of the same products currently running at Noblesville at Marion. Once that 'handover' occurs they start the qualification process over again with new prospects and/or max out production of the next phase of qualified products until the requisite columns for those corresponding minerals outputs are built at Marion.
A lot of these "mysteriously missing revenues" will pop up in these latest financial documents we are waiting on, especially when we reach Q2 2026 earnings; some of ReElement's direct income that AREC is entitled to (17%) as well as Electrified Materials Corp's revenues/income will begin manifesting themselves in a significant way. After Q3 and Q4 2026 earnings it's game over.
I hope you're catching onto the trend and find that helpful.
These guys are built to win.

ReElement no longer seeking $80 million Pentagon loan, administration sources say…
No worries. You're doing your due diligence.
Here's what a colleague shared on X about it. I low-balled the number by the way:
TEP equity facility : $200M
POSCO JV: $200M
Novare equity + debt facility: $150M
Convertible note: $20M
Maxus equipment lease: $20M
Mitsubishi preferred investment: undisclosed (but definitely significant)
That's north of $590M in financing. I am not worried about $80M

I got you. But they have over 400 million in the bag from deals and partnerships...closer to 500. 200 million is more than enough to completely build out Marion, from Mark's own words. We're not missing 80.

ReElement no longer seeking $80 million Pentagon loan, administration sources say…
There is nothing wrong with being skeptical (and of course you would be because you're a UCORE fan) but there has been no material change. No timeline shift, no reduction in promised output (it's only gone up)....we're talking about additional unnecessary funding lol. The fearmongering is through the roof with nothing but gossip and assumptions. Come one now, your bias is really showing up now. But that's okay. We're all a bit biased here.

ReElement no longer seeking $80 million Pentagon loan, administration sources say…
Yes, clearly. But again, why would you not keep funding if you're a month from proof that the technology scales. And if the first line works why would you stop funding? Makes absolutely no sense. Hog wash.

ReElement no longer seeking $80 million Pentagon loan, administration sources say…
So what you're saying is that because ReElement walked away from a govt loan that was CONSIDERED and not finalized, there is a clause in their contract saying TEP is obligated to withdraw their funding?
And are you also saying that TEP blindly invested in ReElement with no due diligence JUST because the Pentagon CONSIDERED awarding ReElement a loan?
I'm really trying to make sure I understand this, because you're talking like this is fact.
Despite all the involvement in govt consortiums, invitations to top-tier discussions, induction into multilateral organizations, deals signed, MOUs agreed upon. I'm reeeealllly trying to understand this. A month before the technology has even been showcased to prove itself, they're just gonna pulllll their funding. Okayyy

ReElement no longer seeking $80 million Pentagon loan, administration sources say…
They don't need the money AND they weren't denied. It reads as though they walked away because the criteria for fulfilling the due diligence needs were not currently met.
At this point it's just extra LOAN money they don't need. They have enough private investment as it is. They're about to launch the commercial site for crying out loud lol.

Not gatekeeping nor am I flexing. I just think the speculation at this particular point in the game is a waste of time (again no new info to consider as of late). But do you. Im just not partaking in the speculative exercise...thus my inital 'no'. I do however agree that Oct 15 is a binary event...should be a VERY pivotal month ahead.
Until the next post, Fuzzy.
